Ok so I have to precursor this entire review with the fact that I love getting my nails done it is legit the only thing I will pay good money for, however I will never go here again.  I only complain when things are real bad.  Today was bad.  I get my nails done pretty regularly once every two weeks.  I just moved back from the west coast where the nail game is on point.  Today I went and got a gel manicure and a pedicure-  I read through their menu and decided to Pay extra for the pedicure because it had a 10 min massage (only difference between the packages).  When we  let them know that's what they wanted the guy who was doing mine (there were three of us), kind of huffed and gave us an attitude-  no big deal I thought maybe he was having a bad day.  Mind you we got there 20 min after they opened so it wasn't busy yet.The entire thing was really awkward like he had no idea what he was doing-  also the paraffin that was put on my feet covered on entire foot and half of the other for example. Manicure was totally basic- like cleaned up my cuticles and changed my gel polish, no lotion not cuticle oil when I was done nothing.  I was there for two hours.  My gel color I picked was chrome silver nails (which I have gotten a million times).  The guy took forever and I expected he had no idea what he was doing; eventually had to have another nail technician finish it.  I had no problem paying extra for the special way they are done but if you don't know how to do it then don't offer it to your customers.  After almost having my nails done twice And completely making them look awful I wasn't even offered a discounted rate.  It was by far the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done and they look awful- the gel is all over my fingers and I had to ask for some of it to be filed off, in addition there are waves on my nails you can see from the sides- some are super thick and then thin in other spots and the gel goes up and over my cuticles.  The chrome color also has layers you can see where they forgot to put the dust on the first coat ( hard to put in words) For $108 bucks I expect things to be done correctly. I also expect the services done that I am being charged for.  Or at least be nice about it.  It is clear this place is all about getting people in and out the door and not doing good work.  It's a shame too because I heard so many great things.  Lastly when I went to pay they charged me full price for a really crappy polish job and when I went to leave a tip they said you can't on your card-  which isn't posted anywhere in their shop.  I thought about asking to speak to the manager and asking if I could come back and get them redo but after my experience I didn't think it was worth it.  I would think twice if you decide to come here-  if you do I would make sure you get all the services they are advertising for what you are paying.UPDATE: this morning the little girl who went and got her toes done and had little flowers painted woke up to her toes smudged.  There is zero way it takes 12 hours for polish to cure.  Add one more hung to the long list of why we won't be returning. I literally just went there and the worst service I've ever received they can't even do a simple design on the nails and on top of that my nails look like complete crap my five-year-old sister could do a better job than what they did will not be going back definitely will not be recommending them at all . Crooked nails, my one nail broke off after two days and I hit it lightly. Made me pay 37 plus gel 10$ too expensive for nails. I wouldn't suggest this place. they don't do nails well either. Le's nails is where it's at. Read Less

I have been to probably EVERY nail spot in lockport, what happens usually is a place either is terrible, or they do good, but are not good to their loyal customers, I went here about a year ago because it is open Sunday's, and I'll NEVER go anywhere else!!! Sonny is wonderful, he's fast, and takes pride in his work, I like all of the staff there, but Sonny and John are my favorite!!!! Highly recommended Read Less

My wife and I needed to get a manicure and pedicure before our trip to Mexico. Since this was open in Sunday this is the place for us. Everyone was super friendly and took great care of us. They were very attentive and overall the price was pretty comparable to other nail salons. For the manicure and pedicure it was $90 for both of us and they did a great job. We both would come back. I went for a basic pedicure and it was very pricey! It was $25 dollars! They did a good job but it was nothing special or over the top. The place is clean and the massage chairs are comfortable. It got the job done but for the price I would have liked to have more. Read Less

The nail salon itself looks very nice but if you want good service and a smile do NOT get your nails done by the owner that sits right by the front desk!!!!! He has NO clue what he's doing!!!! He did my nails twice and both times he did a horrific job!!! When I said something about it the second time he started yelling at me and actually told me he didn't care I was upset!!! He's disgusting and I'll absolutely NEVER go back there and I warn anyone that goes there to steer clear of the owner! He's terrible!!!!! Read Less

Went on a girls day here to get our nails done for my best friends wedding....and when the bride tells you "get your nails done!", ya better do it. Haha I keed. So the prices are posted, but what they don't tell you is, if you're getting acrylic, the shine coat to finish them is an extra $3, so you get a little surprise when you go to pay. Luckily, my friend's mom told me while we were in there. I enjoyed my day here because I got to speak with a nice man, who I figure was the owner. Talked about where he came from, and life. So 3 stars because I enjoyed my nail outcome and good convo during the process...but still, they should put the $3 extra for top shine coat on acrylics on their board. Read Less

These people are very rude! They will do your nails for a few minutes then start texting and making calls on their cell phones. They are not professional at all. The man doing my daughters nails kept slapping her hand down and was being rude and never spoke to her. Not a friendly place. Read Less
