So happy I chose this nail salon today! The older gentleman was awesome! Took his time,was friendly and meticulous! The environment was clean and organized. I was informed this salon is under new ownership and I am beyond impressed. Will definately be returning! I want to add... being a nurse hygiene is very important to me and I attest they used all individual packaged pedicure supplies which is very important to me.

I've had one great experience with LP nails, but the last two times have been awful. The last time specifically I made an appointment and instead of taking me at my time they took the three walk-ins as they had been sitting there longer (even though yes, I made an appointment).
From there, they had me sit in a chair and soak my feet for 15 minutes to try and kill some time and once they came over to start the man who was with me would not cut my nails -- he'd barely touch them and then pretend to file them down. It was unreal, so I ended up drying my feet and leaving.
I would not recommend this location to anyone. I went down the street to Nail Style & Spa who were lovely.

Went for a fill this afternoon on a set I did not get on at LP Nails... previous sets I’ve gotten from LP. Michael was happy to see me back in the salon and immediately noticed that the set I had “wasn’t me”. It has been 5 months since he has seen me and knew I liked long, pointed, ombré nails. He fixed me back to my preferred look and did an amazing job.

I got a pedicure there today and it was the worst pedicure I've ever had. They over cut my toenails to the point that they are sore, didn't paint my toenails correctly so the pain came off in spots, my skin was burned by the alcohol they put on my feet, and the customer service was horrible. I went with 2 friends who all said we would never go there again. I get a pedicure every 2-3 weeks and I have never paid that much to have my feet dipped in water for literally 2 mins, a polish change overly cut toenails. I can't get it fixed somewhere else because I just have to wait for them to grow back. I left with rough feet messed up polish and burned skin and a bleeding toe from the nail clippers

I cannot recommend this place enough. The last place I went to did a ratchet job on my nails....Michael at LP took one look and fixed them all beautifully! (I wish I had a before/after photo, because it is #transformationTuesday worthy!) The color is amazing, the quality is outstanding, and the service was so friendly and professional. This is the place to go!

While the staff was so nice, my pedicure was the worst ever. We were the only two people in there. The woman rushed through my pedicure. I thought she kept clipping at my cuticles but she was actually cutting my nails. My nails are cut on such an angle, I hope they grow back okay. I've never had a pedicure like this.

Worst nail job I have ever had. Apparently rounded means unevn jaggedy mess and there are so many bubbles and rough spots they look like I did it. I was so upset . I will never go back.

So happy I chose this nail salon today! The older gentleman was awesome! Took his time,was friendly and meticulous! The environment was clean and organized. I was informed this salon is under new ownership and I am beyond impressed. Will definately be returning! I want to add... being a nurse hygiene is very important to me and I attest they used all individual packaged pedicure supplies which is very important to me.

I've had one great experience with LP nails, but the last two times have been awful. The last time specifically I made an appointment and instead of taking me at my time they took the three walk-ins as they had been sitting there longer (even though yes, I made an appointment).
From there, they had me sit in a chair and soak my feet for 15 minutes to try and kill some time and once they came over to start the man who was with me would not cut my nails -- he'd barely touch them and then pretend to file them down. It was unreal, so I ended up drying my feet and leaving.
I would not recommend this location to anyone. I went down the street to Nail Style & Spa who were lovely.

Went for a fill this afternoon on a set I did not get on at LP Nails... previous sets I’ve gotten from LP. I got a pedicure there today and it was the worst pedicure I've ever had. They over cut my toenails to the point that they are sore, didn't paint my toenails correctly so the pain came off in spots, my skin was burned by the alcohol they put on my feet, and the customer service was horrible. While the staff was so nice, my pedicure was the worst ever. We were the only two people in there. The woman rushed through my pedicure. I thought she kept clipping at my cuticles but she was actually cutting my nails. My nails are cut on such an angle, I hope they grow back okay. I've never had a pedicure like this.
