These women are absolutely wonderful. They remember their customers and what they talked about last time they were in, even if it was a month ago. Its nice to go to Americans to have your nails done because I always have trouble understanding people at other salons and end up not having what I want or not knowing how much it will cost until the end. Very friendly staff. Awesome customer service. I work in healthcare washing my hands every five to ten minutes on average, if not more. I got gel polish on my fingernails. Typically by the third or fourth day at work the polish is either lifting off or chipping off. Their gel polish stayed on for 3 weeks. Eventually my nails were so grown out that I had to remove the polish myself. Super happy with not only the staff, but also the quality of the polish they use. Highly recommended. Read Less

I bought a groupon and tried this salon for the first time. The workers were extremely nice and the salon was extremely clean, but I was very disappointed by the way my nails turned on. Great employees, haven't gone anywhere else for my acrylics & pedis since switching (which was almost a year ago). Also had spray tans done there, MUCH better than zoom tan! Tip: Book ahead! I bought a Groupon package for gel manicure + regular pedicure (for a photoshoot) and just got them done this afternoon by Alexis (the owner). I'm currently pregnant and a bit fussy about the products and tools to be used. Alexis was extremely patient and professional. I asked to only push back my cuticles instead of cutting them. She did a wonderful job and my nails still turned out beautiful! I could tell she really cared about her work and was meticulous. DO NOT GET WAXED HERE. The waxer has no idea what she is doing. She went over the same areas 7-8 times, leaving my skin extremely irritated and the hair remaining! It was the most painful Brazilan wax I have ever received. I left the salon with lots of random patches of hair all over my downstairs. So embarrassing. A 5 year old could have done a better job.
