Update: The owner Michelle provided me a complimentary 30 minute massage , which is I received feb 15 because of my first experience . My therapist was Jason who was absolutely amazing! But I did time my massage and it was only 20 minutes, if it would have been the full 30, I would have tipped more. I will definitely be coming back as the facility is relaxing within itself :) First experience: Feb 10 Had booked in advance and went in tonight for a 1 hour couples massage and... couples mani/pedi. When we went back to the room, lindsay my massage therapist asked if we were doing a 30 min or an hour. I said we booked an hour, the other therapist said were booked for a half hour and booked right after, so there's nothing they could do... she said don't worry about it they will talk to the front desk and that the owner was there, it would be taken care of... so as she was ready to get started, I asked well aren't you going to ask them now cause I don't want to be cut short... she said No, well talk about it after... they left the room so we could get strip down and get under the covers. I asked about some type of cover for us to not see each other while stripping down because we had not been informed on wether or not to go commando, so I did and would have been uncomfortable, she seemed irritated... from the moment she first touched me she kept hurting me, I told her it felt like she was bruising me, and complained at least 15 times during the 1/2 hour... one of the comments I made, I said, I must need to work out harder and she agreed... I've never had this experience, she then turned me over, asked if I get frequent headaches in which I responded almost never, I thought that was weird question... and she continued to perform traction on me with her fingers pulling at the base of my skull. When we told the front desk about the horrible experience with her, we found out she didn't say anything to them about the booking and they just said we'd put it in your notes that If I come back I want a different therapist. I told them the conversation that took place about the pain, and they verified it had nothing to do with me or working out... must be a common problem with this one. I asked the if she was new and they said no. I told them that the reason I asked was because she wasnt educated on a service they offer during massages that I asked her about. The ladies at the front desk even explained it to me. We spent $270 on services, no one received any gratuity because of this experience with Lindsay. This was my first experience at this spa... :(We went to continue the rest of the date which was very miserable as I was in pain. Even driving passenger, it felt as if I had whiplash. My husband and I LOVE this place! Soooo relaxing every time! And their locker room is amazing! Showers, blow dryers, roll brushes, flat irons, tooth paste, tooth brushes...you name it! The frozen grapes at the end of the appointments are the BEST!!! Read Less

My husband and I visited this spa a week ago for a couples massage. Our experience was disappointing, the lady at the front agreed it was a bad experience and gave us 10% off part of the service and promised a call from the owner. A few days later a manager called, she also agreed that it was a bad experience and offered to let us come back free of charge. I explained that I was so sore from the previous visit that I wouldn't come back, even if it were free. I asked for a refund instead, she said she didn't have that authority, only the owner could authorize that. I absolutly love this place. I feel like royalty everytime. I like to call it my little slice of heaven. Everyone I have ever encountered has treated me great. The massages are amazing the muddy buddy was fun and relaxing and I have had a facial and pedicure. Fun for all of these. I love this spa. It is the only one I go to. I have come multiple times for different services and our has always been a great experience. The atmosphere is wonderful. It's not like other massage places where you sit in a waiting room fully dressed then go back to the massage room. No. You dress down and get super comfy robes, then you relax in the relaxation room with giant comfy coaches, chairs, drinks, and snacks. I've never had a bag experience and I have never gone anywh...ere since then. I love the spa de-stress package! I just went in yesterday and got it again! I highly recommend this place to everyone asks I'm hoping to get some friends and my sisters to come with me. Either way I will always come back here, they have my business for life! If I could give them less I would. My girlfriend and I both went in on a Sunday, wanted a Mani/Pedi & eyebrows. The experience was so bad I left after the "pedicure". My girlfriends woman was great and spent a lot of time making her nails look perfect. My lady starting roughly filing my nails as my feet were soaking, and when I requested that the nails be done AFTER the pedicure as I would have liked to use my hands she caught an attitude and rushed though everything leaving my nails uneven and misshapen.
