So disappointed the last 2 times. Gel manicure chipped both times within 24hrs. They have so many colors I’m not sure if they sit there too long and go bad, the type of gel mani light they use or if they just rush and don’t leave it long enough under the light. $25 wasted both times. I have never had this issue elsewhere and will not go back.

Unprofessional!!!! My boyfriend works construction and wanted a pedi to get his feet massaged. The women acted like she didn't want to work on him because they were about to close but they told us to come in! When she got started she was so rude to him to the point where he was sooooo embarrassed he got up and said he wanted to go. IT.WAS.BAD. They were talking amongst themselves and laughing because he had calluses that needed to be worked on. She was throwing her tools around and huffing and puffing like he was a problem. I HAVE NEVER SEEN HIM FEEL THAT WAY! My guy even said he would still pay but I said no. We walked out and they came out and demanded that we pay $5 for my gel polish removal which I only had 3 nails cleared. He gave them $20 because that's all he had and didn't want to wait for change. Just so horrible. I just can't believe that happened.

I do pedicures here. Tony is the best! Annie is very kind and always answers the phone for the appointments and treats you in a personal manner, very polite. The place is clean and they always accomod...

If I could give no stars I would, one this place is over priced and they rush you to the point u can’t even pick a matching color for your pedi and they rush any service you get it’s not even a relaxi...

I have been a customer since they first opened. I held it long enough and I've had it with them at this point. This hasn't happened only once..... every time I get my nails done I get moved around fro...
I have been a customer since they first opened. I held it long enough and I've had it with them at this point. This hasn't happened only once..... every time I get my nails done I get moved around from one person to another I would be I. The middle of getting my nails done and she would make me get up not once but a few times so that the people walking in can get a head start. I think that that's extremely rude, and uneccesaary. The front desk lady is a mess- she doesn't know how to treat her customers- she's always in a rush. BUT what pissed me off the most was that I got there at 5:45 and didn't get out till 8 pm. While I made an appointment to get there at 6pm. Customers that came after me left before me. And I only got a mani and pedi (that's because they kept moving me around). To top it off- being the last person there to go I was pressured to tip more. I'm a very generous person and give my tips a good amount. I was moved around, there for a long time, and yet they asked me to tip more... are you serious ???? RUDE ! Completely pissed me off and that is not how you treat long term customers.

THe place is clean and they do a nice job on your fingers. I get a fill in and gel polish and had a pedicure that was less then good. It was just ok. The reason i rate them low is they use the luggage barrier as a way out of honoring coupons. Both times i tried they gave me a reason why it was not valid but if you ask me i am not sure what they said. I took the time to research and figured i give the place a try since they put out a coupon and they did not honor it. Bad business in my opinion.

Has to be the absolute worst possible gel manicure I have had ever. They don't do hardly any filing before they apply new gel on. The gel had big globs. They weren't shaped or filed to look even. When I left it looked like I needed a fill in. My nails actually looked better before I came in. Anytime I asked for something I was given an attitude and felt like I was talked about. really wish I never set foot in this place :( I've never left a nail salon upset.

So disappointed the last 2 times. Gel manicure chipped both times within 24hrs. They have so many colors I’m not sure if they sit there too long and go bad, the type of gel mani light they use or if they just rush and don’t leave it long enough under the light. $25 wasted both times. I have never had this issue elsewhere and will not go back.

Unprofessional!!!! My boyfriend works construction and wanted a pedi to get his feet massaged. The women acted like she didn't want to work on him because they were about to close but they told us to come in! When she got started she was so rude to him to the point where he was sooooo embarrassed he got up and said he wanted to go. IT.WAS.BAD. I have been a customer since they first opened. I held it long enough and I've had it with them at this point. This hasn't happened only once..... every time I get my nails done I get moved around from one person to another I would be I. The middle of getting my nails done and she would make me get up not once but a few times so that the people walking in can get a head start. I think that that's extremely rude, and uneccesaary. THe place is clean and they do a nice job on your fingers. I get a fill in and gel polish and had a pedicure that was less then good. It was just ok. The reason i rate them low is they use the luggage barrier as a way out of honoring coupons. Both times i tried they gave me a reason why it was not valid but if you ask me i am not sure what they said. I took the time to research and figured i give the place a try since they put out a coupon and they did not honor it. Bad business in my opinion.

When I left it looked like I needed a fill in. My nails actually looked better before I came in.
