They only good at eyelashes extensions. Services is horrible , they have one person who does everything . So while everyone else in shop is just sitting around doing nothing , because they don't know how to do anything but collect money . Its like a shot in the dark going here sometimes your nails come out nice sometimes they don't because everyone doesn't know what they're doing they do a half ass job pretty much most of the time and they give you an attitude when you ask for certain designs but then they want a "tip tip" I also had someone do my nails and talk the whole entire time on the phone and even stopped like 3 times in the middle of my nail session! So I've used this "salon" in the past for eye lash extensions. I never liked the atmosphere it seemed kind of dirty but the lashes were affordable. Getting them on is fine. Getting them off is atrocious. I dont know what they use to put on the eye lashes themselves for removal..I've heard its nail polish remover..they burn and my real lashes always come off. So I swore never to do it again.My last and final visit to this shit hole was back in March when I got acrylic nails put on. I've had them on before at that place and had them taken off before a that place. The man that took them off in the past did a fantastic job. The woman that took them off this time..OMG..i thought the pain i was feeling while she was buffing the acrylic off was my sensitive nails or something.. after the fact i realize she buffed away my real nails..i still have dents in my real nails. They were sooooo sensitive and some still are. They were red and blue. I couldn't believe it. By the time I realized what had happend I was out of the place a day or two later. WORST!!!! I had an appt. for eyelash extensions. I told the girl on the phone that i had previous ones from a salon i was no longer able to travel to so my friend suggested this place. The girl said no problem. I show up today at 1pm and they are clearly overbooked and its hot and dirty and i was already apprehensive about going in. Some guy asks me to sit in the chair while he removes the old lashes. Sit in a chair? wtf? i've never had my lashes done sitting up it was always laying down and with a technician wearing gloves. Well he starts talking shit about me to the person next to him and then they finally say to me,,,,this glue is really old we can't help you after he's been fucking around with my eyelashes for awhile so now they are all burning and red and irritated. PLUS this old hag next to me getting her ugly fake nails done felt the need to chime in and ask me a million questions, i was like why is this any of your business? so rude,,,i got up left barely able to see and thank God found a different salon to help me since i looked terrible,,,Took them 2 hours to fix what this nightmare place did to me and they look great now but steer clear from this shithole Read Less
