Worst nail salon of my life..First I got my lip waxed and she tried using a dirty stick that was already dipped in the wax and used on somebody else. Then I got a pedicure. Worst mistake ever. Everything was dirty. She didn't know what she was doing she had me roll my pants up to my knees and didn't even touch my legs once. She tried using a callus remover on me that was already used before..... during the pedicure she grabbed a paper towel to wipe my feet down and threw it back in my pedicure water when she was done with it as if it was a garbage. Visited this location today with my daughter, she got a pedicure and everything was great - I chose the gel manicure and pedicure combo. My technician was named Michelle, and after this encounter I will never return. My pedicure was less than average and polish was all over my toes, but the gel manicure sealed my decision to not return and to write a review. First, the table was not plugged in and Michelle didn't 'like' the color I chose? I explained it looked 'off' because i...t mixed with the clear base coat and it hasn't cured because the lights were not on- she argued with me and finally proceeded - then she began complaining about me in another language as if I couldn't understand the repeated word color and see the eye rolling along with coworkers coming over to look?? Did I mention she got up during my manicure and left to wax someone without even the courtesy to ask or let me know where she was disappearing to? She was sloppy and some of my fingertips are stuck to the nails and the tip of the nail was globbed with polish which looks like a 2 year old performed my manicure. BEWARE and when I called to speak to a manager I was told by Ali that I could just talk to her ?? Really - talk about terrible customer service !! This is my favorite nail salon.  The prices are great and what I save I pass onto whoever is doing my services.  I've been coming here for a few years.  They give points and discounts.  During the week a regular Mani/Pedi is only $18 (M-Th).  The ladies have always been friendly.  Even with the great prices, it's a luxury that I can only do every once in awhile, but they remember me and treat me well. :) Read Less

Let's start off with the fact that they're overbearing when you come in and you don't chose a color fast enough. Since the moment I sat in the pedicure chair she's been in a rush. I've never been here before please don't assume you know how I like my nails filed. Clean, efficient and courteous service. All your basic services with a few pedi spa treatments. Waxing and massage also offered. I usually just get a basic pedicure and get the opi polish for and additional $4. There are about a dozen colors to choose from so you don't have to stand there and try to choose from 9000 shades of ballet slippers and marshmallow! It will run you $18. Manager was rude, spoke to me in a demeaning manner in front of my children all because her workers didn't show up for the day. They claim to take walk ins, but once the appointments arrive, they skip steps just to move to them. I will never go back and told all of my friends about this place. What she didn't know was that I am a physician and work for a few of the large hospitals in the area. we went in to get mani/pedi's for a girls day out .. the Pedicure, foot soak and leg massage were wonderful. When it came to getting my nails done, it was awful. I needed a gel fill in and the person LINDA didn't understand what i requested no matter how many times i said it. I went in with a groupon coupon for gel manicure. I knew what it was and what i was asking for. Instead she barely shaped the nails and placed them under the UV with straight nail polish... my nails look horrible and then she started a an argument with me. wont go there again lust because of her. If you are in need of a cheap, fast (as in lightening speed) manicure, this is your spot. If you are looking for a nice manicure that won't chip within 24 hours, look elsewhere. I frequented Angel Tips during my high school years. Now, years later, I returned to Angel Tips for a manicure. Either I had a strange sense of quality as a teenager, or Angel Tips' service has gone down hill over the years. After walking in, I was bombarded by a woman shouting, "Pick a color!" Then, when I didn't choose fast enough, she hovered over me. I was rushed to a manicure station, and the woman made minimal effort on my nails. The whole manicure took less than 10 minutes --my drying time was more! I'm not quite sure why this place always seems packed, but there are definitely better options for a manicure. I LOVE this place!! I have been going to Angel Tips for 7 years now. And I have only gotten bad service ONCE. I just wish they would stay open a little later... I am ALWAYS greeted by the manager and some of the girls know me by name. I very rarely make an appointment and I do not have to wait very long.
