If you're thinking about trying this place for the first time, don't. My friend and I went to get our nails done before vacation. I'm very simple, I get one color gel, and I'm done - came out okay, there was one nail that was definitely crooked, and another had some dents in it. My friend wanted to get a design done and before they started the woman doing her nails said she could do it. My friend made sure and said she wouldn't mind changing the design if it were too difficult, they persisted and said it was doable. Well.. it wasn't, so mid polishing/designing my friend decided to just do polka dots to keep it cute and simple. The woman states that the price will be the same, and my friend said "I don't care about the price, if you weren't able to do what I had asked we could have avoided all this." They go back and forth for a while, and are now removing all of the polish/gel from her nails - the woman breaks two and made her bleed. The store owner clearly doesn't care at all about how we felt, stated that they have been in business for years and that she's even seen me in there before (which was completely inaccurate considering I didn't even know where the store was located). So we're checking out, and my friend says that she's upset about the visit and (I believe) the store owner goes "I don't care" runs the card, my friend signs and we leave. Last month I was getting a pedicure, as soon as my feet hit the ice cold water I went to put my massage chair on only to find out it was broken.....Fast forward to today; I was told a 15 minute wait. After over an hour I ended up walked out. It would have been another half hour at least. I'm not sure why they felt the need to lie to me. I would have just came back when I knew that it was my time. They clearly don't value my time or anyone else's because they lied to everyone who came in after me as well. This type of bad business just drives me crazy. Next time maybe they will tell the next costumer the right wait time or at least be honest but they won't have my chance again because I know I won't be back. Read Less

I have been doing my nails now for 10 yrs.. I have switched places numerous times due to people selling their places or losing an employee that I use regularly.I was recently in a panic as the company I have been using for 3 yrs had recently sold to new owners (Hans Nails), which I regret to say, suck now.They're visually losing customers on a daily basis. And recently they lost me too as the workmanship was bad and cant spend all my time repairing nails. I noticed flat spots too..WELL, I was looking up new nail places and I didn't want to spend $$$ on gels. Hans was always reasonable on their prices..I found a great review for Pro nails and decided to give it a shot.. I am MORE then happy and pleased.. they did a fantastic job as well as gave me a massage the ENTIRE TIME I was getting my gels done.. for FREE. Didn't ask me "10 min massage" and charge me $10.. this lady massaged me for almost 40 min.The lady who did my nails (Tiffany) did a new glitter style gel in pink and I cannot stop looking at my nails now.. they were beyond what I had expected..and to BOOT their prices are GREAT.. very reasonable. It makes you want to tip higher when they don't charge you through the nose.Sandra Read Less

First off let me start off by saying everyone here was really nice. I enjoyed my experience and my nails came out great. I'm giving it 3 stars for a couple of reasons. When I went to get a fill in. I was mind blown that it cost me $27(They charge 24 for the set in the first place..). They charged me to redue my design(on two nails) and for the two nails that had fallen off after only two weeks. I can even maybe see charging me for the design again. But for the nails falling off was a little ridiculous. I scratched my leg and one came off. The other came off when I opened my front door. And it's not like I wash dishes and stuff with them on. I'm pretty careful. Also just a note when they put the hot towel on your hand they don't let it cool off it and it kinda hurts. Moral of the story not going there for fill ins. Read Less
