I have been going here for a year. I come all the way from Huntington. This is the longest I've ever committed to one nail salon! I go to Kay. And she is amazing!!!! My nails come out looking perfect every time. I do her gel manicure which help my natural nails grow as long as tips. There are plenty of colors to choose from. Definitely recommend this nail salon!! Do not go here. Rush job when there was only 2 customers, they cut my skin to the point that it hurt, no quick massage on either legs nor hands nor back after dropping $$$ on a mani pedi. Take your money elsewhere. Read Less

Ok, I am not picky about having my nails done. I have very low expectations of most manicures but I went as part of a girls-night.First, the manicurists forgot that my friend and I were waiting (even though we were seated at stations) and took multiple clients before us. Then, they refused to do a color gel manicure. After deciding on french tips, the manager came over and started yelling at the manicurist for improperly applying the gel. Very unprofessional, especially when she refused to take it off so it could set properly.Thinking I was done, I tried to pay and give an un-earned tip...I was yelled at for not paying cash tips. Turns out later that my friend was yelled at as well and when she asked for change for a $20, the manager refused to give her change and kept the $20! Very disappointed/horrified at the ethics.Now I have a gel manicure that is peeling after less than 6 days...I do not recommend. Read Less

Well I am new to the area since getting  a new job and wanted to find a place where I can get my nails done.  This is not the place.  I came in for a pedicure and the place should have given red flags right away.  It is not clean.  Also my polish was piled on and that is the reason it chipped rather quick.  Usually my pedi lasts forever! But I have been a loyal customer to Kay for over 5 years and have brought nearly everyone I know to her , virgins to the world of manicures  and well-experienced at nail art. All have stayed!  She has become a part of every happy big occasion in my life and now my daughter's. I've told Kay I will follow her to the ends of the earth.She is professional, honest and my manicures are flawless and last for over 3 weeks , if I wanted to extend the time. The staff is always welcoming and courteous. All hard workers, they are proud to deliver a perfect product each time. You will never leave disappointed. After living in Levittown for over 6 years, I can honestly say that there are probably more Nail Salons to be found in my neighborhood than 7- Elevens, which is pretty hard to believe. I may have been to almost every one but someone or something eventually annoyed me to the point where I knew it was time to move on and try another place.Not at Happy Nails. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for 2 years. The salon is always immaculate with a friendly and accommodating staff. I walk out with perfect nails every time. On my very first appointment, Kay, the owner, examined my nails and explained the advantages of switching to the Gel Manicure over the Acrylic Nails I was having done for years. She promised me that if I didn't love the look and feel of the Gel Manicure, she'd refund my money and give me the Acrylic Nail manicure again. Well, she was right. I never did switch back and I appreciated her advice and honesty. The Gel Manicure is much more healthier and natural looking, and there is also a softer feel to the nails. The Permanent French is their specialty. At one point there was a span of almost a month that I just couldn't get to the salon. My nails never chipped, broke, nor did the color fade, but they did grow very long and it felt fantastic once they were finally cut off!!Pedicures are done just as meticulous as the manicures are as you sit in one of their big, comfy and massaging chairs. There are different types of pedicures to choose from aside from the standard and it's worth the extra money to take advantage of one. Waxing services and mini massages are also available. After your manicure is finished, the technician gives you a little neck massage - which felt so great that I decided to pay extra for the mini massage one afternoon I was there. They cater to all ages, my girls use them as well and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
