I've been coming here awhile to have my upper lip and eyebrows waxed. I've been coming here probably a year maybe longer. Anyway I've always been happy every time I've left except the last two times.The second to last time I was there the woman wasn't very friendly (which isn't anything new here but I've always shrugged it off). When she waxed my eyebrows & upper lip (my sister was with me as I was getting it done) she didn't blow on the wax so it was super hot. My sister asked me why I was being "dramatic" while being waxed. I guess I was making a weird face cause I didn't say anything. I said to her, "Well she's not blowing on the wax." I said it loud so she'd get the hint. Nope. She continued to use the hot wax on me without blowing on it. Since she skipped the hint I finally said, "Do you mind blowing on that wax?" She didn't say anything or acknowledge that I spoke to her and continued. I wasn't going to leave half waxed so I just didn't say anything. Two days later I noticed a small part of my eyebrow was missing. I have very thick eyebrows and this has never happened to me before. Now it is very small so I wasn't upset, but I definitely wasn't happy either.About four/five weeks later I went back to get them done again. I figured I'd get someone different so I gave this place another shot. The last time I was here (for the same service) I had someone different and she was very nice. I loved and appreciated how nice she was. While doing my eyebrows she told me she couldn't wax one part because it had to grow back. Yup that last lady messed them up so this woman couldn't touch that part of it. Again I have thick eyebrows and this has never happened to me. I told her that it wasn't a problem. I knew it wasn't her. Then yet again two days later on the other eyebrow I noticed a tiny part of that was missing! That's when I decided I was done with this place.Not for nothing I'm paying for a service, it's one thing to not be nice to your customers giving you business but to now not being able to do your job? Ridiculous! I don't know if they're not trained or what but I'd rather spend my money else where and have them do a good job. As I mentioned, I've been coming here for a long time so I feel bad writing this review, but this two times too many. Are they going to wax my whole eyebrow off next? I'm not sticking around to find out.

I have been going to Cleo for a couple of months and after my recent visit I would never go back here. The girl who did my pedicure ripped out my cuticle. I would not stop bleeding( even after 2 hours...
I have been going to Cleo for a couple of months and after my recent visit I would never go back here. The girl who did my pedicure ripped out my cuticle. I would not stop bleeding( even after 2 hours of being there). The polish was so sloppy. I also had a gel manicure that was also done very poorly. When I showed the owner how badly I was bleeding and what a horrible job was done she told me "next time have someone else do your nails, she's new". How am I supposed to know you have inexperienced workers there?!? I was also told by another employee "next time tell them not to cut your cuticles so short". They are the "professionals" they should know what they are doing!! When I told the owner I should not have to pay full price for such horrible service she turned her back to me like a child and ignored me. Once the other worker started talking to me the owner then hid in the back of the salon. I paid $47 for a horrible gel manicure and pedicure that will need to be redone by a professional who knows how to do nails. They didn't even offer to fix what was done. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not only did they do a bad job and I hope I don't get an infection but the owner was rude and should take responsibility for their bad work.

So I have been here plenty of times, it basically has been my consistent go to nail salon this calendar year. However, I am no longer satisfied with the services. I couldn't help but notice the past few times I have gone, and TODAY being my LAST FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS;1- I was told I have to ask to have under my nails cleaned. 2-I have to ask ahead of time to have my nails soak in warm soapy water during regular manicure3-nail technician proceeded to tell me that soaking my nails doesn't clean under neath my nails it just softens my cuticle- ok so let me suffer with painful dry cuticle removal and dirt under my nails. 4- today's technician was squeezing the shit out of my fingers to the point where I had to tell her how hard she was squeezing me it hurt. 5-staff is beyond rude fromNot massaging your afterwards to not properly greeting you to not closing services with a goodbye. 6- today's horrific experience is enough for me to never return. 7- FYI, I've made appointments every time because they look at you funny when you walk in with no pre appointment made. So how busy could you be if I made an appointment ahead of time lady?!?!?! -aggravated customer.

Really great spot for an affordable and relaxing pedicure. I have been here twice and the pedicure lasted almost four weeks before there was any sort of wear on it. Lots of colors to choose from, different options for pedicures and manicures, and it's really nice and clean. Yes you do need to make a reservation but it's within a few days at most that it was done. They also have a rewards program too.

I have been in their a couple times when their was 1 or 2 people their during the day and she said we don't have anyone and I'm looking at the employees doing side work... maybe she doesn't like me idk who ever originally owned it back when it first open was wayyy better!

I went for a manicure with my 8 year old daughter. They were all wonderful. It was so clean and they did such a nice job on both of us. Can't wait to go back. The prices were very reasonable too.

I really liked this place. I came here for my first time because I received a gift card. The salon is very clean. I like that they use a disposable pumice scrub. Genie did a great job at cutting my nails short without cutting me ( I have high nails beds).Very happy with the job done.

I've been here twice and loved the way my gel mani and pedi came out both times. I've also gotten the 10 minute massage which was amazing. They're just slightly pushy and concerned with how much you're spending, but they also show concern for the service they're giving. I've never been cut or hurt, everything from the bathroom to the utensils they use always looks clean.

I have been going to Cleo for about 5 years. The owners are Danny and Sonny and they couldn't be nicer! All the staff are friendly and do quality work. I often bring my young son and they treat him like family! I have tried many places over the years and Cleo is reasonably priced, convenient, and clean. If you want a regular, neighborhood place to go every week or two, this is the place.

I was a customer for years. no apology, no admittance of their mistake. beware....

While the work was done well I was not happy being swindled. I was recommended by a friend. Said acrylic fill was 17. So I went. After asking for acrylic twice the girl still took it upon herself to do a "special powder" fill. The method that was used was not uncommon so I didn't know the difference. And then she told me I owed $25. That's far from $17 . So I questioned it and she said o I used special powder..... I told the managers I requested acrylic twice. Their response was next time. When I questioned why they were charging more than price list answer was that's old prices.... worst part they knew I was unhappy and didnt do anything. Never going back

How cheap, $18, that's half the price of what I usually pay and from a diverse group of ladies so there's not laughing and talking about you behind your gay back when you ask for a french pedicure or clear nail polish.No there's none of that.There are apparently free neck and back massages for the regulars too. Regulars means going there bombastically 4-5 times a year with your crew like my sister does when she visits from LA.Me, first timer, no massage for me. Hence, 3 not 4 stars.You get my back, literally, I'll get yours.

Really great spot for an affordable and relaxing pedicure. I have been here twice and the pedicure lasted almost four weeks before there was any sort of wear on it. Lots of colors to choose from, different options for pedicures and manicures, and it's really nice and clean. They're just slightly pushy and concerned with how much you're spending, but they also show concern for the service they're giving. I have been going to Cleo for about 5 years. The owners are Danny and Sonny and they couldn't be nicer! All the staff are friendly and do quality work. I often bring my young son and they treat him like family! I have tried many places over the years and Cleo is reasonably priced, convenient, and clean. If you want a regular, neighborhood place to go every week or two, this is the place.
