This was my first visit and my last! I didn't like the job Monica the owner did on my nails! She was supposed to file down the acrylic, it looked too thick, cheap, messy and unprofessional!!! I asked for the color she was wearing, because it was too expensive; she tried to con me into wearing a different color and to add some design that I didn't like, so she did such a sloppy, lumpy job to get back at me! Maybe it was those extra long nails she had that prevented her to do a better job; I usually sit for almost two hours with professionals to do my nails, get back massage which I didn't get! that screw up cost me $51 dollars plus tips! I'm so angry, I didn't want my pressure high; I didn't say much, I just left it alone. You have the nail polish, customer is paying extra for the good polish; every customer deserve the best, you wear the cheap polish not give it to customer you favor most! Business won't last! Moved away for school last i came to this nail salon was about 2 years ago, what a complete mess. It was disgusting, unsanitary and no where near approachable. I recently came back for my best friends wedding. The owner is such a heart welcoming women, welcomed all of us bridesmaids. Im in complete shock of how she turned this place around. It is definitely not like most nail salons. It smells soo good when you walk in the doors, so bright and welcoming may i add the wonderful fish tank with the beautiful well kept fishes. Our nails have never looked that good after these women at that nail salon did their job. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU TO STOP BY. Wonderful atmosphere and service, great workers. Terrible attendance. I waited 10 minutes just to be attended then an additional hour to soak my nails when I finally got frustrated enough to leave and I offered to pay the $5 soak off she charged me $7 and couldn't even look at me. Horrible service, bad attitudes. Read Less

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!The prices are posted on a sheet of paper and on the LED sign on the windows. When you ask for a confirmation of said prices, it's conveniently  higher than what is posted."Those are prices for our specials." It doen't say that on the sheet. So when are your specials?!"We don't have any right now."W H A T !? Pedicure was mediocre. No offers for any extra services.....just straight to the nails. Lady didn't even turn on the whirlpool feature.  If you're going to charge the same prices as your competitors or a tad bit more, at least provide a worthy enough service.Oh & let's not forget the tasteless "don't forget to tip" signs.
