Went here several times and they do a good job BUT went there just now and sat waiting for 5 minutes or so...woman walked in and they took her right away...I told the owner/manager Andy I think is his name ...he said she has an appointment...I said I just wanted to make sure in what I thought was a respectful tone.....he kept mumbling, sat back down, and whatever language he was speaking the other techs turned around and looked at me....I returned my polish to the shelf and walked out!  Never again...you just lost a good customer Read Less

Customer service is Poor.....they do a,rush job especially on your feet,,,,,they dont turn on the massage chair....if im paying $30 fir a pedicure i don't wanna walk out with ashy feet.....i didnt get a foot massage......They used to be very good but over time it has changed....i like the other owners better......lately they wanna service their appt clients first when they are not even in the establishment amd make you wait to be serviced if no one shows up..... ill be taking my buisness else where!! Great place! I got the ANC powder nails. They look gorgeous. Only complaint is that the address was wrong (luckily I read all of the reviews first). It's inside the Walmart...which isn't that great either. The staff were nice and no waiting. Try it! Read Less

I get dip nail a lot and this place is one of the top quality. I usually get SNS, but they use ANC powder. ANC is made in a America, so I'm definitely coming back here. I had Ken and he did a fabulous job with my pink and white. Don't let the location fool you. This place deserves all 5 stars. Read Less

Stopped in here randomly last minute while my mom was getting her hair done next door, since I had some time to kill. They were able to get me in right away for a spa pedicure & manicure, which was awesome!All the staff members were as friendly as could be, while taking into account the language barrier.  It sounded as if most of them were speaking mandarin.They did a very thorough and excellent job!! We had a difficult time locating this nail salon because it recently moved. We were however persistent due to the great reviews. The salon is now located in the Walmart store in Latham Circle Mall. The location made us a little skeptical but again because of the reviews we decided to try it. We're glad we did!  The staff was super friendly and we had great conversation. I love the personal attention I get from Alex the owner. Ask him about his wedding in Vietnam! He and his wife, Kelly, even showed me pictures - amazing.I enjoy the hour of relaxation that a manicure with Alex allows me.Just wish they turned TV down or off, when no one seems to be watching it.
