Overwhelming toxic odor, Dirty, and extremely rude -The worst nail place Ever- Don’t go !
I paid for a pedicure and got a urgent call me Mom had a accident- I had to leave and paid for the treatment plus tip and said I would be back to finish the next day- My Mother ended up passing away and I flew back and went in to the salon - he was mean and spoke brusquely at me saying he didn’t care if my Mom died he wouldn’t honor it since it was 3 weeks - it was not what he said but the way he said it I could’ve understood if he was even kind care per spoke softly he basically shouted at me and was the rudest person I’ve ever met -
I have had my nails done there before and it was always when I couldn’t get an appointment somewhere else or was in a rush but to tell you to choose I always felt a little nauseous leaving as the place is extremely chemical smell with no vent

I’ve been getting my nails done here for years & I’m in love with them everytime! Great staff, nail shape & color is always right! Definitely recommend to anyone!

WORST experience at a nail salon in my life. 10 minutes into starting my nails the nail tech told me he had to leave, and that he would be back in 5 minutes. I then watched him walk into the dollar store to get a drink first before driving off. When he wasn’t back in 25 minutes I finally decided to leave, nails partly done . Aside from the extremely rude staff it’s also filthy. I will definitely never be back

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I was appalled by their extremely rude behavior. I sat down to get a pedicure after being screamed at for 10 minutes and the girl started taking off my gel nail polis...
I would leave 0 stars if I could. I was appalled by their extremely rude behavior. I sat down to get a pedicure after being screamed at for 10 minutes and the girl started taking off my gel nail polish in my finger nails and was about to take 20 minutes to put tinfoil and acetone on them when I said I never said I wanted this and I was here for a pedicure. Then 3 guys came right up to me and talked so fast I had no idea what they were saying and ripped off the tinfoil and left. It seriously appalled me by how rude they were. Also my friend went there, and they told her the nail polish she picked out was 3 years old and was pretty much forcing her to use this other nail polish she picked out. So, she went outside to call another place to see how much it costed and the owner came out to smoke and heard her so he yelled "if you seriously wanna leave we'll take other people" in the rudest tone honestly I can't believe these people, do not come here.

Awful. They did my eyebrows waaaayyyyy too thin and uneven. The eyebrow lady needs to quit her job as soon as possible. Worst eyebrow job I HAVE EVER SEEN. I wanna die cause it's so bad.

Everyone was so friendly! My nails look amazing the prices were the best in the Kingston Area and they actually listen to what I wanted and did them perfect!
