I absolutely LOVE Dante!!! I was nervous about changing salons and when I met Dante.. He was wonderful and made me feel so at ease and we chatted while doing my hair. I can't tell you how many salons I've tried and left over the years bc nobody understand how to deal with my fine, full wavy hair. Christina spends time explaining how to use products to get the look I want, is never afraid to let me try something new, but is always honest when something will just not work for my hair. I've had too many "yes ladies" in the past that just give me a cut but don't explain that it won't work for my type of hair. Christina will tell me yes or no, then explain why. I got a spa pedicure here from a Groupon deal, and I was pleasantly surprised! The other reviews made me cautious, but the woman who did my pedicure was lovely. I waited to see how the polish would last before doing this review. It has now been a week, and the polish looks great. Everything in the mani/pedi room was clean, and there was a lot of polish to choose from. The every day prices seem steep, but it was cheap with the Groupon. Read Less

This is most certainly not the worst place I had my nails done at, but it's mediocre at best. Sloppy job with cuticles, no hand massage, and my nail polish bubbled and smeared as soon as I walked out the door. Also, the place did not appear to be clean and instead of a proper bowl to soak my nails in, I got some weird food bowl over which I had to literally bend over to keep my hands in it as it was very awkward, tall and uncomfortable. Not to mention that, as I was still drying my hands, the lady started cleaning the tub behind me with strong chemicals and didn't seem to notice that I started coughing A LOT as I'm asthmatic. If you are looking for a great blow out go see DANTE!!! He works magic!!! His brush is a wand that will transform your hair from boring to OMG I'm a Princess!!!! Yes he is that GREAT!!! I attended Ciao Bella Hair Salon for teeth whitening with a groupon. The owner, Nicole, was the most unprofessional, nastiest woman I have ever come in contact with in a salon setting. She had attitude from the moment I walked in, which is a shame because I think the spa-experience should be relaxing and fun. I do feel it's necessary to say that her staff seemed nice enough to me. Anyway, she compared my original shade and explained how I would likely move up one or two shades lighter. After 15 minutes (even though my groupon said a minimum of 20 minutes), she returned and we found that my teeth did not change (whatsoever). She acknowledged this but did not offer anything to better my visit. I wasn't looking for a refund or anything like that, but expected her to offer another service. Maybe that's because especially in this field, there is so much she could have done to alleviate the poor experience. Anyway, she was snippy and bitchy (honestly), and the experience was followed up by poor results. Usually I can suck it up and deal with a nasty girl, but not when it's a waste of money. Maybe the teeth whitening would work for you, but I GUARANTEE you, if you spent the $50 to buy decent whitening strips, you'd be so, so, so much happier (and in the comfort of your own home!)Read Less

I had a great experience! I got there 5 minutes before my appointment and was assisted promptly. The lady who helped me was very nice. They take you into the back room (which is set up nicely with a tv and a comfortable lounge chair) and explain how the process works. They then compare your current teeth shade to a shade wheel to decide what number level you are currently at (I was a 1). The whole whitening process only takes 20 minutes and I was checked on often. After, they compare your teeth to a shade wheel again and you can see how much whiter your teeth have gotten. The entire process was easy and stress free - I would definitely recommend them.Read Less

I had an excellent experience at Ciao Bella. Christina did a beautiful job on my cut and highlights ( which is not easy with extremely curly hair). I found the salon to be modern and updated. I went to Pella Bella Esthetics (part of Ciao Bella Hair) thanks to a Living Social deal.   I went in for waxing and for a facial and was really pleased with the experience.  Gabriella is your girl for all things skin-related, and she knows what she is doing.    I went in while I was pregnant...  and she recommended (and introduced me to) sugaring instead of traditional waxing.   Loved it.    The cranberry facial was SO refreshing.      My skin felt delicious afterwards.         The only (very minor) downside was location:  the room we were in was inches away from the rest of the very busy, noisy salon.  So it cut down on my spa experience a bit....    But-- aside from the environment-- I was very happy with Gabriella's services.
