My daughter and 3 girlfriends called ahead to arrange for mani/pedis & a set of nails in preparation for prom. It is an exciting time and a big deal for these girls. As the other girls were getting their manicures done my daughter was told that they were out of time and could not accommodate her with her request for a set of acrylic nails. The girls had arrived at the salon around 6 pm and she was told this at 7 pm. It seems the salon closes at 7:30 pm. Needless to say she was devasted. This place is great! Today was my first time there, I got an SNS powdered gel manicure. I called ahead of time to make an appt. just to make sure I would get in. As soon as i got there i got right in. A lot of people came in after me that didn't have appts and got right in also! They are overall great. Very nice, very clean, and very time efficient! I got my old nails soaked off and a new set and was out of there in 45-50 mins. They use new/sterile supplies with every new client. If I could give 0 stars I would. I got the gel nails, and a pedicure. The pedicure was terrible. The gel nails, were lifting and had bubbles under the base of the nails after four days... I did call them they had me come in and fixed them for free. (Of course, I wouldn’t have paid them anyway). The same thing began happening just two days later... they are extremely over priced!! I have been going to Naturally Nails since they opened and after today’s experience will not be returning. The nail tech was extremely rude, made me bleed and had no idea what she was doing. I normally go to panda to have my nails done. Tonight I decided to give someone else a try. That was my mistake. The nails were longer than I wanted and the girl got upset when I asked her to shorten them. They're also a lot thicker than I wanted. The atmosphere was good the massage was good. Clean facility. I went here to get my first set of acrylic nails and they did a really nice job! I decided to go here after my friend and sister recommended me. My only complaint is the price. They charged us $50 just for acrylics (no gel), which I was confused about because my sister told me she got hers for $35. I've also seen other places offer acrylics for $35 which is more reasonable than $50, especially since the quality seems about the same. Read Less

I don't know how this place has such high ratings.  I got a pedi and manicure for an event and the guy I got seemed from the start upset to even be there.  He was very rough and hurt me at least 4 times on my toes and made my finger actually bleed during the manicure. My sisters and I were in for a pre-wedding manicure and pedicure today and it was so great! The bride and I got lavender pedicures and it was fantastic. Kitty was my technician (not sure about my sister’s) and she was wonderful! The massage was just right with not too much or too little pressure and the polish turned out gorgeous and exactly how I pictured it. Whenever I’m in town, I’ll use this as my go-to mani/pedi place! The best manicure I've ever gotten. I got their UV fake nails ($50) with gel French tips ($15) and they are perfect. Panda did my nails. My mom, sister and I all went for pedicures. The people were very lazy and didn't clean the skin, file your nails, or file our feet properly. He didn't even look at my toes while he was filing my nails. I asked him to continue to get the dead skin off of my heel and they charged me $10 extra for "callus removal". Aka getting the dead skin off your feet. The polish job was rushed and not done carefully. As I was asking him to fix the dead skin around my toe, the manager and the employee next to us laughed at me. I will not be back. Very unprofessional. This is the ONLY place I will go to!!! All of the workers are so kind, detail oriented, and thorough! For example, tonight I went in after another very popular place in Binghamton botched my UV gel nails/fake nails. I came in and saw Eric at 6:30 (mind you, they close at 7:30) and he worked until 8 to make sure my nails were perfect. First off let me say that I don't think it is a coincidence that nail salons are situated near drinking establishments. While others were lamenting about the half-hour wait I was like "yes!"  As for the service at Naturally Nails...At other salons i sometimes get a feeling that the workers aren't particularly happy in their job. I haven't gotten that feeling here. I have only been twice, once for a polish change and once for a regular mani. As someone else mentioned, they open a new package of sterilized implements for each person. There is something that feels so right about that. On a previous visit I had picked out a color from the Essie Gel Couture line and when the technician started without a top coat I freaked out because I have been trying to grow out yellowed nails for six months. He assured me this new formula doesn't require a base coat. I admit to being skeptical.  But the result was revealed today... no yellow nails. I do bring my own Essie top coat to appointments. I find my nails last much longer that way.  My final recommendation is for the technician "Alice" who did a wonderful, precise job on my nails today. Read Less

I had an excellent experience getting a pedi this evening. I wasn't sure about bringing my toddler in with me but as we all know life happens! When I walked in the door, I was instantly greeted with a welcoming face! She helped me pick out a color and was so sweet with my daughter! We waited a few minutes and then I was taken to get my pedi! The man who took care of my daughter and myself went above and beyond! Talking with us and smiling the whole time! I recently went here with a gift card I received for my birthday. It was at lunch time and I was seated to get a the lavender pedicure! It was amazing! The gentleman took his time to do amazing work! He was awesome! However, besides having an awesome experience because of the massage... here is the real reason for the review.. there was a brand new mother sitting right next to me with her 4 month old son, he became a bit fussy during her pedicure and the man at the desk came over and put him back in his stroller and proceeded to push him in the stroller and play with him so his mama could get the pampering she so deserved. First time here and it was wonderful.  A pedicure is very worthwhile for the money. You get a generous foot and leg massage and then while your toes are drying you receive a hot towel neck and shoulder massage.     Staff was friendly and we didn't have to wait on a Saturday afternoon.  The salon was extremely clean and the foot baths are lined for each client.  The buffers are New for each client.  Highly recommend. This is the best place I have ever been to for pedi/mani!  For starters, all of the tubs are lined with plastic and changed after each use.  Secondly, they open a brand new pack of tools for every customer.  They give the longest massages for pedicures and afterwards while your nails dry they rub your neck and shoulders.  The price is very reasonable and I'm always pleased with the end result.  I highly recommend this place!!The first time I went was with my sister who was visiting from FL.  We were so sad when our pedicure and shoulder massage ended that we decided to stay and get a manicure too!  She also said that was by far her best experience and she worked at a high end salon that did that pedi/manis. I do French gel fills and the best part is you never see any cracks or fill lines.  The gels last longer and they are not thick either.  Sure the time it takes is longer but the end result is beautiful naturally looking nails that I get compliments on.  I used to have to take my nails off every so often and start fresh but with these..you don't.  My nails are important to me and they do a phenomenal job! I came here with my mom and some family friends one day. Living in NJ, I of course had never been here. We had scheduled the appointment the day before. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked if we were the pedicure party. Yes. Yes we were. I'd say the amount of colors to choose from is average to other salons I've been to. The colors though, much better! They already had the new line of Essie gel polish in several different shades. I'm a big fan of salons that keep their color selection updated. For me, I was doing both a gel mani and a regular pedicure. The pedicure came first and although I would have preferred more foot filing (I have a few spots that callous quickly) she did an awesome job. It's been almost a month and my polish only just chipped (because I'm on vacay in Cancun). As for the gel mani, 1000%! I almost wish I were exaggerating. The manicure was perfect.  The color stayed shiny and didn't chip or peel at all. Only when I went to my local salon a few days ago to redo them for vacay did it come off. I am VERY prone to nail bed infections and searched the triple cities for over a year to find a place to get pedicures done. I ended up getting infections literally almost everywhere I went. Finally I tried Naturally Nails and haven't regretted an instant. The price is on par for other area salons. The facility is beyond clean, and you can watch them unpackage your tools in front of you so you know them bad boys are clean and sterile. Plus, when your nails dry, you get a shoulder rub. They time our everything like calf massages so you don't get shorted on anything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and sterile nail experience. I couldn't be happier. Absolutely love this place! I've been a few times and they do an excellent job. I started off doing gel nail polish and then moved on to the gel nails because my nails were super weak and I kept breaking them somehow. At first I had a lady do my gel nails and the second day they chipped but I didn't go back, a week later 2 more nails chipped so I decided to go back, when I went back the guy I think he is the manager fixed them for me free of charge and made them excellent and they're a week old and still going. After having a very bad experience at my last nail salon, I was nervous about getting my nails done again.  I read a lot of reviews on Yelp and decided to try Naturally Nails & Spa.  I am so happy I did!  As soon as you walk in, you notice the place doesn't smell at all like a typical nail salon.  From there, you notice how clean the place is.  I was greeted promptly and was asked what service I was looking for.  I told the hostess that I wanted a full set of nails.  She took the time to explain the difference between their gel nails and acrylic nails.  Then, the nail technician Eason came over and led me to his station.  He took time to ask me exactly what I wanted.  He did a meticulous job of doing my nails.  What a professional!  I will definitely return to Naturally Nails & Spa!  The whole experience was so relaxing and my nails have never looked so good! Love, love, LOVE this place! I had another spot in town I was loyal to, until the girl I regularly saw there left.  I bounced around town afterwards and was never blown away - either the place was dirty, or the person did a shoddy job on my gel manicure.Enter Naturally Nails & Spa. Before I tried them, I had heard good things through the grapevine.  I didn't know anyone personally who visited them when they first opened, but had heard that friends of my friends had tried it and were impressed.It is by far the cleanest nail salon that I have ever been in.  Every inch of it is kept in pristine condition.  They use fresh files and buffers for every client, and even offer them up for you to take home if you desire to do so. The metal tools they use are sanitized after use on each client.  The pedicure tubs are lined in a plastic liner and changed out after each pedicure performed.  It's wonderful to see!   Another plus is the service.  Everyone is friendly.  They are quick to greet you and try not to keep you waiting long.  I don't have a regular person I prefer to see when I visit, but each and every one that has worked on my nails has done a tremendous job.  I tend to get gel manicures as I hold a second job in retail and with the wear and tear I experience on my hands and nails a regular manicure would just never hold up.  I will get compliments on my gel manicures from Naturally Nails for WEEKS after getting a manicure.  I have even been asked if my gel polish is acrylic because they look so perfect!  Not to mention that although I can be rough on my hands and nails I can often make a manicure last for 3 weeks before it needs to be redone! I also appreciate that they take great care with the removal of the gel polish.  They never use a harsh powered buffer like other nail places in town.  They take the time to let the polish soak in remover and gently scrape and buff it from the nail.  Because of their patience in this process, my nails remain strong and healthy - not weak and brittle as they were often left at other places.  The one and only negative experience I can note, is that my pedicures I've received haven't lasted very long.  If I perform my own at home, I can get a good month or two out of them before I need to redo them.  The ones I've had at Naturally Nails tend to chip much easier.  I maybe get a good week out of them.  This I attribute to the oils and lotions they use as part of the signature pedicures - but I will say it's not enough of a negative that I would take a star away from my review.  The pedicure experience is still simply divine.  Although it's not something I would have done as regularly as my nails, I still indulge from time to time in either the lavender or green tea pedicure.  The foot and leg massage is worth the money alone!  Hands down, Naturally Nails & Spa is the absolute best nail salon in Binghamton! I went to this place for the first time yesterday and I had such a great experience. First of all, this place looks AMAZING. Its very clean and modern looking with a nice comfortable couch and really pretty decor. It is also a very large space so you don't feel cramped or on top of other people even when its crowded. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. I also have to say, this is the cleanest and most hygienic nail salon I have ever been to. When Rany sat down to start doing my pedicure, she opened up a brand new package of tools and a brand new package of nail files. I was so pleasantly surprised, I don't think I've ever had that happen at a nail salon before and it was so nice to to have to worry about getting fungus or any other nasty infections from tool contamination. Whats even nicer is you can keep the nail file they used for your main/pedi if you want to! My nails look amazing and I will definitely be going back! I highly recommend this place! Read Less

I've been there twice so far and both times I had great service! This place is clean. They use disposable filers. They even give a small 3 minute massage after a manicure with a warm towel.
