I wish I could rate ZERO stars. I always thought the place was dirty but today really took the cake. I showed up around 12:30pm and asked if they had time for a fill and pedi. They said YES and asked me to get in the pedi chair. They took me to dry my toes and I asked how long it would be before they could do my nails (as I had to pick up my daughter). Their reply was, “Oh, you’ll have to come back later, we’re too busy with appointments.” WAIT—WHAT?!? So why in the hell did you take my money for a pedicure instead of sending me elsewhere or asking me to come back later from the start? I didn’t say I wanted only a pedicure and a fill later. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE AND THEY WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY AGAIN! I should’ve known better anyhow, that’s what I get for trying to hurry and going out of my norm! Do not waste your time or money at this salon! They can talk the talk but when it comes down to filling your nails, the quality is beyond poor. I was in town visiting and had my nails filled on a Wednesday and by Sunday not only was the paint chipped (which I wouldn't have been as upset) but one of my fingers chipped down to my natural nail! That has NEVER happened to me before even at the worst salons. They rushed when they filled my nails although I was there for over 2 hours. The guy doing my nails had three different customers he was attempting to complete at once...Not good. I could go on about how horrible the nails now look but instead I am going to go to my regular salon to pay more money and get them fixed right! Read Less
