I will never come here again. I went to have my gel manicure taken off because I was going to switch to a home manicure kit, but couldn't get the thick gel off at home. first of all it cost $15 and he expected a tip. I sat down and the first thing he did was chop off my entire nail with a nail clipper, which you really shouldn't do unless nails have been soaked. I had been growing those nails for a month, he didn't even ask! then he took out the box of acrylics and used them as a pry to literally pry the gel nails from my nail... I was so taken aback I didn't know what to do. usually gel nails are removed by filing, soaking with a cotton ball, then scraping- not ripping!
I now have extremely thin nails and chunks missing and raw in places.
Last week i was here for a pedicure and they RE-USE PUMICE BLOCKS AND TOOLS! the basin wasn't washed between uses either.
Please please go anywhere else.

My two daughters come here for mani's and pedi's. They always come out looking like beauty queens! The waiting area is HUGE yet very comfortable with lots of reading material to peruse. They can accomodate at least 15 to 20 people at a time and very nice and friendly atmosphere. Moderatly priced!

My sister and I had a 10am appointment when we got there they said 20 min they were waiting on other workers to come in. We came back 30 min later and they did my sisters nails but did not push cuticl...
My sister and I had a 10am appointment when we got there they said 20 min they were waiting on other workers to come in. We came back 30 min later and they did my sisters nails but did not push cuticles back no lotion or hot towel. When it came to my nails they rushed the filling and painting of my nails. For 29 dollars I had expected better service my nails look the I did them myself.

The pedicures were perfect, probably the best I have ever had. I also got a full set of acrilics and they were okay but some of them were different lengths which I was unhappy with since I spent close to $30 on them.

This place wasn't great. They don't have a big selection of colors. The lady doing my pedicure put my feet into a bag of hot wax and when I told it was too hot she didn't rush to take off the bags. There was no scrub involved with the pedicure instead bath and body works lotation. The dividers used in between my toes were NOT new. They were used and I saw them put back into a bin to be used again. On top of all of the set backs they charged me $29. I've paid the same price for top of the line pedicure but for what they did, they over charged me. Safe to say I won't be returning here in the future.

For the price I expected my heels to not be rough, nail polish not chipped after a day, toe nails to be even. Maybe a little bit more of a massage. Good things there's other nail places in your area!!
