Wasn't impressed. I've never gotten my nails done before so I'm by no means an expert, but it was a terrible job. One of my fingers is crooked, another has a giant air bubble, and another is causing my cuticle to turn black. My gel extensions are also super thick, I know enough that they shouldn't be that thick. My free massage was the worst massage I've ever had. It hurt so badly. They are clearly not trained to massage. Save your money and go elsewhere, I wish I did. Read Less

I visit miracle nails every couple months and I usually get the gel manicure. I have never had a bad experience. The staff has been polite and profession, and that's all I can really ask for. I do a lot of cleaning and the gel nail polish lasts longer than I expect it to which is nice. My one complaint would be when I look over the nail colors, I tend to feel a bit rushed because there is usually an employee standing close behind me waiting... Not a fan of that. Read Less

I have to be honest this was one of the worst experience I have ever had. I could go on and on but points are. My nail tech didn't understand English so getting across my cuticles aren't trimmed was impossible. My nails are all their own shapes and some are missing nail polish on their sides. The owner was quick to defend her license but she didn't even clean under my nails. Needless to say if I didn't demand her to alcohol the tool to do so I might have an infection bc she cut under my nail. What an awesome experience said no one ever.Forgot to mention I was there for two HOURS and I walked away w out parafin or my free 10 minute massage because I couldn't stand to wait for these turtles to move. Great experience overall today at Miracle Nails. It was my first time going there because I know it's a little pricey. Today I spent $60 plus tip for a pedicure and a gel manicure. It was well worth it. Nicole was very nice and my nails look fabulous. I was also looking for more ambiance to relax and I felt their facility was clean and cozy, perfect for a treat right before the holidays. I've come here for years and I love it. The people are always so kind and friendly. Sometimes I believe they have a hard time understanding English in specific regards but bringing photos and using descriptive hand gestures and broad words is the key to getting exactly what you need. They know how to get the job done and the atmosphere is very nice. Pleasant music, news on mute, very open space, it feels like they have a good system down. Also, they usually throw in a 5 min shoulder massage after a manicure and god it feels good. I come here when I can and it's always really nice. Plus, the massage chairs (during pedicures) are super lovely. So fun and it feels good and makes me laugh too when I'm with friends. My usual go-to place for Mani-pedi and ten min massage. But I have to say I had one really awful and embarrassing time in the past year or so when the girl doing our nails chided me for not enough tip. I always tip more than enough. If I get a $7eyebrow wax, 20%tip is less than $2, but always tip over that! It was rude and embarrassing to cause a scene like that. Read Less

Rude and unprofessional.Went to get a mani/pedi at 430pm - no problem we thought, they close at 630 and it says so on the door. Walked in and there were eight staff members standing around talking - no one acknowledged us. I finally told them we wanted mani/pedis and they proceeded to talk amongst themselves for two minutes before telling us they were closed because it had been a slow day. Cut me twice, enough to bleed. My "massage" well my nails were drying consisted of two rubs on my shoulder, then she left. She then hovered over my husband when he was paying and corrected him when he filled in the tip amount. Told him it wasn't enough for two workers. I've gotten a few pedicures here, I usually get in with no appointment. All of the chairs are massage chairs that you can control with a remote. Large color selection of nail polish. I don't think the pedicures are lengthy, but they don't feel rushed either. The pedicure stations are kind of set up in pairs, so you are close enough to talk to the person next to you easily, if you go with a friend. They usually give you a shoulder massage while you are waiting for your nails to dry. I see a lot of reviews about staff being pushy for tips, I personally have never experienced that in the 4-5 times I've been there (but, I do tip around 20% each visit) Read Less

I've been to Miracle Nails for pedicures several times over the last few years and the service is always variable. Yesterday, however, was really the worst. Woman with name tag "Jessica" did my pedicure. Water in foot tub was ice cold, "Jessica" had really long finger nails herself which were quite painful when she touched my feet, and some man who worked there, no name tag, stood over her speaking in Korean toward the end in this kind of aggressive way. I'm not sure how this establishment gets so few stars. I'm here today with my mom and baby sister for her 25th birthday. All three of our pedicures looks amazing. The attention to detail and thorough care is not something you find at all, anywhere, these days. Nicole gave me a great pedi massage and because I didn't need the manicure I asked for just an arm massage. Shortly after I found myself in a 10 minute chair massage and paraffin on my hands, complimentary, I nearly fell asleep. Of course we tipped exemplary and I feel relaxed and confident in wearing sandals this winter. Would highly recommend to anyone. Read Less

I love this salon!!!! I've been twice and have had amazing manicures each time. Today I went in and got some Christmas nails and they were so nice and nothing was rushed. I just had a terrible pedicure here. I do have to say my nails look good!! Overall, tho, very rough - I kept pulling my feet away & minimal effort put into the procedure, especially the massage part. Worst pedicure I have ever had.  Rushed, trimmed my nails, scrubbed feet slightly and polished my nails.  My feet look the same as when I went in.  I was out in 20 mins and that included drying get the polish. Waste of $30.  Go to Cayuga Nail it is much much better! Read Less

Decent pedicure & pleasant shoulder massage included with the spa package. Hot stone leg massage and paraffin hand treatment was also enjoyable. All the techs were pleasant; treated my mom & children nicely. The space is very open and doesn't smell like chemicals. Giving three stars due to the towel and pedicure tools not appearing to be brand new/clean/sterilized. I visited Miracle Nails several times for gel manicures and pedicures. After my last experience at the salon, I don't plan to return.Midway through my appointment, the salon switched the technician working on my nails with another employee who was incredibly rude. Throughout appointments, the staff at Miracle Nails pushes you to purchase more expensive pedicure services. This visit was no exception. My new technician repeatedly asked me to upgrade to the more expensive service (despite my repeated refusals) until the client in the next chair literally rolled her eyes on my behalf. For the remainder of the appointment, the technician was rough and unfriendly. Though I was extremely dissatisfied with the service, I left a standard 15% tip against my better judgment. Upon reading the amount, the staff member repeated it back to me as if to ask for a larger tip. I was shocked. Terrible. $37 for the worst manicure/pedicure I have ever seen. They will only bother to make an effort if you get a spa package for $65 but maybe they should put a little more effort on the cheaper packages if they want anyone to pay for bigger services. DO NOT waste your time or money.  I live in NYC and get much more for much less.  How nervy to charge $25 for a 20 minute pedicure.  No rubbing of rough heels, wanted to charge more just to rub (no razor or cream remover involved).  Rushed us through, totally not relaxing.  People came in with appointments and all had to wait.  What's the point of an appointment? When Miracle opened a couple years ago, they were great. I can only speak to their pedis, but every pedi I received there was very good, and the salon technicians were very attentive to your specific needs.Fast forward to summer 2012: everything changed. They hustle you to buy the Spa Pedicure at twice the price. If you say no, your regular pedi is plain awful. They spend all of ten minutes, with little attention to anything - they hardly slough off any dead skin, give a 10-second massage, and a quick wipe of the calves. Their lovely heated massage at the nail drying table that once lasted a good five minutes now lasts 30 seconds, and it's poorer quality overall. I went back for about 3-4 pedis afterwards just to be sure it wasn't because they were busy with a wedding party or the like. Nope, even when I was only one of two people there, I got the same shoddy pedicure.So, really, shame on them. I'm sorry, I can't afford a spa pedicure. But that doesn't mean I should receive less service, especially a quality of service that they once gave. I won't be back. Read Less
