The lady who took care of me was extremely rough, rushed the entire pedicure, made my toe bleed (didn’t apologize or ask if I was alright) and on top of that painted the blood into the polish. I’m new to the area and I have some friends who have gone here so I asked for a gift certificate for my Christmas present. I finally was able to use it today and received the worst pedicure in my life. Donna saw I had a gift certificate so she made me show her how much it was for. $25 to cover the basic pedi. Plus I brought cash to tip. I assume she thought I wasn’t going to tip and then seemed annoyed I didn’t choose to upgrade to a more expensive pedi. Was treated today by one of my BFF's.  I had an amazing Green Tea pedicure and while my toes were drying - I was given a great shoulder massage - which I thought I was getting because I also asked for a massage...didn't realize it was included and the woman was awesome. Then, after, for the pay-for massage - I got 15 min. in the chair with a gentleman who had very warm hands - I thought he might be a Reiki Master like me!  It was awesome and got the kinks out of trouble spots I've always had. Just had the absolute worst experience in my entire life. I am recovering from ankle surgery and about to have my 3rd major ankle surgery in just a few days. I wanted to get a mani/pedi and have a relaxing evening, and decided to come to this nail spa. That was the worst decision I could have made. Both google and yelp lists this place open to 7pm, and I called ahead to make an appointment and explain my situation, they say, "you come now" I said ok, and showed up 10 minutes later. After they started my mani/pedi, it became clear she wasn't doing abnormal pedicure so I asked if she was going to trim my cuticles and what not, she responded, "NO. We close at 6:30, it's too late". I responded with, "I called ahead, made an appointment, told the guy what I wanted, and your websites say 7pm". She got up and walked away talking to a guy (of course in Korean) at the counter, then he began yelling at me from across the room in front of other customers. I told them I wanted to leave, and that it was the worst experience I've had, but they then just RUSHED VERY AGGRESSIVELY and did a TERRIBLE job. My feet are sore, and my nails look horrible. No one deserves to be treated like that. I just wanted a relaxing evening before the start of a very stressful week for me. Of course, they charged me FULL PRICE. Not worth $60. Please do not under any circumstance go to this nail spa. If you read their reviews on Yelp and Google they have some complaints about customer service, now I can see why. Read Less

Update: I have finally received a call from the owner after a few attempts. We had a long conversation about my experience and I'm hopeful that my feedback was taken seriously and we have "resolved" this issue. I'm not sure I will be returning. I would give them 5 stars except of 2 occasions now they have brought up tip to me. The first time I went and brought a friend that didn't tip. Maybe she didn't have enough money or maybe she just didn't know....i don't know. But the owner pulled me aside and brought it to my attention that my friend didn't tip. What did he expect me to do? Call her out on it and embarrass her? Im...no not my business. Or two, tip on her behalf? Um...also no. Had the absolute worst experience at Cayuga Nail Spa with my mom today. Not only did they cut up my hands and feet but they overcharged my mom by $30 and demanded a tip from her of $20. My mom also asked for certain things to not be done to her nails and she did them anyways. Would never recommend there to anyone. Read Less

I had taken my mother there to get our nails done as a gift for Mothers Day. The person doing my mothers pedicure did not even scrub the dead skin off. The woman literally just put lotion on my moms feet and painted her nails. The person doing my pedicure was extremely slow and he sent a vibe as if he didn't want to be there. I've been here 4 or 5 times and I don't know why I keep giving this place a shot. My nails always look mediocre, and the people are so rude. It's a burden to have you come in, every single time. One of the worst "spa" experiences I have ever had! Came in for what was supposed to be a relaxing pedicure and a simple gel manicure. After the torture of what was supposed to be a pedicure I refused to get my gel manicure done. Way to rough, which is really saying something when it comes to my feet. I was brought to tears several times from the pain of the cutting and filing and not to mention they didn't take my old toe nail polish off. I've had regular pedicures since I was 14, I'm almost 20 now and that was by far the absolute worst experience ever. I'll be taking myself and my money elsewhere next time. Went here for the first time, on a whim, as it was close to home. Amazing! I think I just got the best manicure of my life? I've never had anyone pay so much attention to my cuticles and be so gentle to boot! I got a gel French manicure done and I still can't believe how each tip was meticulously painted on one by one - everywhere else I've been will slap on a bunch of white and erase with a brush dipped in acetone. Went in for a gel manicure like I do almost every other week and today they wanted to charge me extra for a top coat in a different color - claimed it was like a design.  Never been charged for that before.   I ended up with a color I hate bc it was supposed to be a base color and they wouldn't change it.  Talked to the guy in charge and he was rude and when I mentioned that I've never been charged like that before - he just said oh sorry and walked away.  They have lost a loyal customer and I will no longer refer friends.  I was one of their first customer when they opened.  I wouldn't waste your money. I generally don't write negative reviews however went in to get a pedicure, the place was almost empty. A lady took me immediately and asked what type I wanted. I said just a pedicure, not all the extras. Well it was the fastest pedicure I've ever had. She did remove calluses, nor the usual leg massage. To top it off after letting my toes dry for 12 or so minutes I left and after shopping at Joann fabrics for 1/2 hour I noticed one of my toes looked like the polish wa...s smugged. Actually the polish was sticky and wet on 6 toes. Went back to the salon, one of the ladies came over, looked at them and said must have been old polish. I said what I got it from you. She asked me to wait and they would repaint them, 20 minutes later, and 3 people walked thru the door and immediately got waited on and I'm still waiting. I left. No one came after me! At first I was hesitant given the reviews, but I was super convenient to the location of my hotel, so I decided to give it a try. Upon entry I was greeted and directed to the color selection area. Once I made up my mind, they immediately got started. The lady doing my gel nails (Jane) was very nice but quite at first. But when I started talking and smiling she opened up a bit more. I've had a lot of bad manicures, this was by far the worst manicure I've ever seen. My nails were chopped, I began to bleed, and I had polish all over my skin from him missing my nail. This place is fine. It's pretty clean, spacious and bright. Unless you go at like 11 a.m. on a Saturday you really never have to wait too long. You get one of those warm beanbag things around your neck if you get a pedicure. One thing I don't like about the salon is that they tried to upsell me on stuff a couple of times, and when I get my nails done, I really just like to pick my treatment and zone out. They have a good selection of polish, both gel and regular. The prices are low, and a good value for what you get. Yeah, my polish on my manicure chipped sooner than I would have liked, but I also only paid $12, so I'm not going to complain.  I usually only get pedicures because I type really hard and that's a sure way to chip nail polish, but with the mani price being so low I might treat myself once in a while. In fact, I am currently waiting for it to be 5 p.m. so I can hustle my buns over to Cayuga Nail Spa and get another mani. Read Less

Why have a business open until 8pm if there are no employees to fix their own mistakes at 7:30pm??!! This is ridiculous. Normally, I am not one to write reviews, however, I spend over 100$ on a fill and pedicure only to have two nails break down the center not 18 hours later. I rush up the hill to find one person at the counter and another finishing up a set of nails to be told they had no one to fix it that night and to come back the next day. I informed them that this was done the previous day, and that I work all hours they are open but was still told that they had no employees working and to come tomorrow for it to be fixed. This is the worst customer service I have every experienced...especially when being told there are no employees staffed while gesturing to one presently working. If you're charging someone outlandish prices for poor quality that breaks while opening an eyeglass case the VERY NEXT DAY, you should be willing to rectify that.
