I shopped and shopped around for a nail salon I was happy with. When these guys opened I was really unhappy with another place so I gave them a try. I was really happy with my visit. They have become more popular so yes they are busy , but for me waiting 10 minutes occasionally is worth it. I now have gone 20+ times. I have brought out of town visitors and my daughters and friends, everyone has had a great experience. They use all steriled equipment and are so very sweet! I’ve found MY nail salon. Got my eyebrows done here and they’re absolutely horrible. The women was agressive and interrupted me when I tried to explain I just needed her to clean them up. While doing my brows she left the wax on and walked away to talk to her coworkers. After waxing she plucked them excessively to the point that I bled. Ended up with two completey different looking eyebrows. Never again. Read Less

The lady who helped my husband was great. She also really tried to help me after i got very upset but the guy that worked on me needs retraining!! The guy who did mine HURT my fingers they are bruised and one even bled. They look sloppy and his way to fix them was to keep filing the SKIN that already HURT plus he made fun of my color choice the whole time. IF i ever go back it wont be to him! He tried to say it was all because of the anc. I have had them done there before and other places also and never had my hands look so sloppy after or HURT the way they do. I went on 9/28/17 to have tips and ANC for my daughter's wedding.  I've never had tips before nor ANC.  I made an appointment and The service was great and my nails still look fantastic 17 days later!  They still have shine and no chips at all.  I was very careful with them for the first few days because I wanted to make sure they stayed nice for the wedding, but my hands have been in a lot of water and I've even washed dishes.  Would highly recommend.  Check out the photo I posted to see how shiny and good they still look. My sister in law went and got her nails done and came home very unhappy. The tips were shorter then she wanted( after she continually told the lady doing then) and the nail polish was very messy(bumpy looking) and not on all parts of her nail. I then went with her the next day to hopefully get them redone and they told us that they were busy and to come back a different time. We asked for a refund but the girl said she wasent the owner and couldn't do that. We then took our business elsewhere and won't go there again. Read Less

Admittedly I didn't have an appt, but they said they could take me right away. Right away meant a 40 minute wait with my feet in cold water. Then the technician cut my foot, applied (and reapplied) some solution to stop the bleeding and never said a work about it. Thumbs down on the pedicure and I didn't wait around for the manicure. By far the best nail salon I've ever been to (and I've been to many). I get biweekly pedicures and they're the only salon that treats me like family when I come in. They're extremely friendly, very hard working people who give 150% effort into their work, and the prices for the services are extremely good which means you can give an even more generous tip which these people so well deserve!!!
