Hands down the most amazing place I've ever been to! The fact that you sit in a reclining massage chair for both your mani and pedi and it has its own way to dry your nails is so cool! I got a gel manicure and pedicure by Susan and she was great! I also got a 10 min massage from Rosa and it was incredible. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone! So I decided to take my mother to get a manicure done at this place on Sunday the 14th for mother's day since I googled that it had really good ratings. I made an appointment for both of us to get our nails done. Once we both arrived we noticed that the place was very clean!, very beautiful,staff was very friendly. We were so exited to get out nails done so we got sent to our chairs. Once the manicureist got to our chairs to start the manicure. First they started to file our nails but they did not soak our hands at all like other nail spa places do. They only pushed the cuticle back on some of our fingers!. And the ones they did push! were not cut well enough therefore our nail polish was uneven on our fingers and the next day our nail polish was falling off. Usually in other places I get a hand massage for at least 3 minutes since its a nail spa. But this place only does did it for me for 2 sec. And on top of that my mother didn't even get one. I wanted my mother in law and myself to have a special nail spa day but we were very unhappy with the service. I feel like the manicureist did not take their time with our manicure at all. This place is my new favorite nail salon. There are two sides to the nail salon area, in my experience, if you come alone they put you in the quiet side so you can relax, and if your with someone and want to chat they put you on the other side of the salon with all the other chatters.You have your own personal booth station, leather reclining massaging seat (best massage seat ever), you can customize the massage not just like other salons where you press the on button and it does whatever it's previously programmed to do. Your own personal tv. The plastic lined pedicure bath is rolled over to you, you don't have to waddle to another station for your manicure, they do it right where you are while your toes dry.I had rosa my first time and got the green tea pedicure, she put a warm scented pillow under my neck and covered me in fleece blankets...I could of fell asleep right there. My nails looked perfect when rosa was done.I had Liz the next time, she did a great job as well.I never had to wait, the place is huge with lots of staff ready to take you as soon as you walk in the door.The place is very clean. My family lives about 40 minutes from this nail salon but every time I come home my mom and I make sure we go here. We won't go anywhere else now! Their service is amazing and they are extremely friendly. Additionally, you can get your pedicure and manicure all while sitting in the most comfortable pedicure chair ever. It is so relaxing! I like this nail salon a lot. It's right next to my job so I pop in to get gel manicures every other week and they never have a problem taking me right away. The staff is very friendly. The place looks really clean. Each customer sits in their own private cabana with their own TV and their feet up while they get their nails done. I normally like going to Sunny because she has consistently done a good job on my nails. I love it here it's so relaxing. I have been going here since they opened for my pedicures and additional foot and body massage. They are more then professional,polite and accommodating every time I call for an appointment. I've been going to J Lee for a little more than a year so far and every time I go they're so welcoming. I've never felt so relaxed at a nail salon before. I've even fell asleep a few times. I really appreciate the extra mile they go when they cover me with a blanket. They have so many colors and they're gel manicure lasts a very long time. I had a bad headache once and a 10 minute massage got rid of it. Definitely check them out. You'll never go anywhere else again. Read Less

I really wanted to love this place! First time I came I said this is my new place the looks wow it used to be a diner so it's huge there's partitions in between stations/customers your own TV in each one you dry your toes & fingers in the same chAir great concept but ok 1st time here nice job on the nails but was asked if pedicure can be done same time as gel manicure.. I said ok this is not relaxing..your switching hands trying not to smear or ruin them your not relaxing or getting a good massage plus at this time on the other side of the wall there's 16 yr olds not getting nails done with a grandma cackling loud normally I don't care but don't the owners? Especially when their not getting a service! Ok shit happens it's ok. I went back second time a nightmare completely rushed 2 different ppl doing fingers and nails again at the same time rushed no cuticle cutting which can make the polish peel cuticles not cut and painted over it very sloppy looking I told the owner when I walked out you see it in the sunlight she tried to fix but spoke in Korean sure they bitched about me. I tip well and expect a good job and don't give a shit how I come across. I want it to last! laying on the chair in a dim light the whole time you can't see the mistakes also how can I watch 2 ppl at once? polish missing on sides. The girl giving this 2nd pedicure is Hispanic she looked new the owner kept watching as she messed it up..I had to go back the next day. Owner explained the girl was learning wtf? On me? Learn on the owner!Ok last chance went last night again 2 ppl giving both services no time for individual services but the owner had time to ask if I want a spa pedicure or extra massage to make more $$$ ummm I can't enjoy the one that comes with it cause your sticking my fingers in a dryer while I'm trying to enjoy my pedicure. I came back here less than 2 weeks later normally shellac polish you can stretch longer than 14 days. Ok I pointed out polish was missing nails were rough filed she tried fixing. Also last 2 times they asked me to pay as soon as my nails were dry i men instantly I'm in my pocketbook wtf? still laying there drying toes like I'm going to be running away. This annoyed me to death! As I'm drying an older rude Asian woman comes grabs my flip flops puts them on no hello no smile and says "closing"! I said is Lee here(owner & nail tech who did my nails) as I had to tell her I cannot return here again there's no customer service no pleasantness and the job is not done well I saw my nail was missing polish and cuticles still there, the older Asian woman says she's up there like saying I'm not getting her. I went up front said I like you but will not be returning. Explained why and she did not answer then said sorry and let me walk out. I left a tip for Kevin who gave an ok pedicure. The day before I recommended the place to a woman I really think it's gorgeous but what's the point if there's no pride in your work and customer care? This owner needs to understand the customer & needs & what spa means and I learned there's more to this place then meets the eye. I'm going back to my place on Jericho elite nails..they massage your neck while you dry and don't throw you out at the moment they close and beg for their payment. Can't really rate this place because a reservation is required although it doesn't say that anywhere. Third time I have tried same day appointment and it is a no go. They should really say reservation required. I hear they are great but pricey. A simple pedicure on a Sunday afternoon.... high expectations for this relatively new place that I found through reading the reviews were quickly dashed. Yes, reclining seats, TV's  were nice but in truth they can't sway me. Brought my polish and top and base coats too. Not relaxing, kind of stressful to have 2 people switching off to do it mid way. Neither knew where the other had left off and do you need to ask to have the cuticles cut? The owner, one of the technicians, tried to make it up with some tlc after I said something but I doubt that I would return, especially with a nail place on almost every corner! What an experience!! I came to try this new nail salon that I have been waiting to open, and could not have had a better experience.   All of the chairs are recliners.  Even if you are getting a manicure, you lay down.  I had a gel manicure while I had a foot massage. Best nail/spa experience EVER. I went in initially after seeing that they were having 20% grand opening but when I walked in I was FLOORED. They were attentive and the place was incredible. All of the seats are leather, comfortable MASSAGE CHAIRS. They gave you an ottoman to put your legs up and that in itself was incredibly comfortable. Not only do they have flat screens on the wall but EACH SEAT HAS ITS OWN TV. As I layed back while Lee and Julie did my nails (they were amazing, friendly and very talented by the way), I was able to watch music videos and relax. While Lee did my nails, Julie brought hot towels in plastic and massaged each arm and each leg. Keep in mind I was just getting a gel manicure with extension which took about an hour. I would say generally their prices may run a little more than average but they have 20% off right now & seem to have deals as well.
