4 stars for the services provided. Squeezed me in last minute for a pedicure/gel manicure. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The salon itself isn't anything fancy but it's not a dump either. My pedicure and manicure look great. It was $52 dollars for a pedicure and a gel manicure. I'm not sure of the price breakdown - I didn't really pay attention maybe $21 for the pedicure and $31 for gel manicure ? Or vice versa? Read Less

This place is filthy.  I have been going there for quite a while and they do a good job on your nails but lately the place is getting more and more disgusting.  Makes you wonder if they ever clean the tools they are using on you or the tub you put your feet in.  There is layers and layers of dirt and dust on everything in the place.  Nothing like other nail salons I have been to places that take pride in their establishment.  Won't be going back here.  Someone should report them to the health dept. I had high hopes for this nail salon after reading multiple reviews for different salons in the area. I was very disappointed. I scheduled a mani/pedi and had the following experience:1: not a great selection of colors and the polish/ products were not well kept (gooey bottle tops and polish bottles that had caked on dried polish preventing the technician from opening properly2. The sinks for washing your nails were gross and  the soap dispenser was empty. The brushes had grime built up from not being properly washed and sanitized3. My technician rushed through both the mani and pedi, finishing both in less than 40 minutes. Her work was sloppy and I walked away with rough edges and polish build up in all my cuticles.The only silver lining was the price, which would have been reasonable if the service was good. Very friendly and courteous on the phone. Took an appt over the phone and had me seated in about 5 min after I arrived. The gentleman who did my nails was ok. He may have been the owner and stopped about 10 times during my manicure to answer the phone or tend to the front desk. That wasn't great. He did not shape my nails at all (they were short) but that surprised me. He was very pleasant and did talk to me once I engaged him. The manicure came out nicely. A somewhat welcoming, not-oppressive, clean and bright mani/pedi factory. My pedicure for my first time here was a pleasure --very good massage chair, nice if perfunctory, foot massage. Got my calluses pretty much off after some serious foot care neglect on my part. Pleasant cheery worker who spoke *some* English. $26 -- certainly a fair price! I made an appointment in a couple days to return for a manicure. I always wonder if the young women at nail salons are being paid or are indentured. I can't tell here but there was no overbearing mean boss man hovering. They're Thai or Vietnamese I believe. Just a guess. You could bring a friend with you for dual pedicures 'cause there's a whole line of chairs. This seems to be a hot spot for tweens and young girls getting their nails done. But also women. Best pedicure I've gotten under $90...and it was only $26!! So it's beat out much pricier ones. Thorough and professional. Clean place, definitely sanitary as it's supposed to be. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I WOULD RATE ZERO IF I COULD!! I usually have my nails done at a place in Albany, but was unable to get there, so I went here because it's so close to where I live. I was getting my acrylics taken off. He soaked my fingers in acetone and then used a Dremel on them, my fingers were burning! Idk why I didn't get up and walk away. But I thought whatever, he's almost done. WORST. MISTAKE. OF MY LIFE. He began twisting, pulling, ripping at my nail extensions to get them to pull apart from my nail. He grabbed another nail tip from his box and used it to PRY OFF MY TIPS. And after that??? DREMEL AGAIN!!! My nails were SO FUCKED, thinner than I ever thought possible. My fingers all felt bruised for a week afterwards. Still, after months, my nails are completely damaged with indents in them, breaking ALL the time because they're too weak to grow. And after all that, he STILL did not remove all the acrylic from my fingernails. They still have spots of it leftover. With my nails being such a wreck, I'm afraid to have it taken off. I have been going to nail art for over 5 years. They are always extremely friendly and quick to get me in. My daughter and I have made this a mother daughter thing for the last 3 years and they are so nice, They joke with us, address us by name. Lynn and Sophia are amazing with their designs. Best nail salon in area. I have frankly pretty ugly tough toenails, and they look gorgeous after shaping and applications of lovely oils and polish. Very professional, great service. No complaints. Always come back. Read Less

I been going there since they open over 10 years ago and have so many wedding party there and never get a dime or even a nail design or even appreciate my business.. my nail chip the next day after a fill, i went in and see Kim, she charge me $3 to get it fix...she look mean and was yelling at other worker ....never go there again...so ungrateful and nasty plus dirty place, prices are highest in area Read Less

Never ever have gel nails applied here. My nails came out horrible, as if I had done them myself! The girl still charged me $30 and I'm annoyed because I have to go to a different salon and have them completely redone : ( As for basic manicures and pedicures they do an alright job, but the place is always packed with people and the atmosphere is far from relaxing.
