I've been going there regularly since November 2017 and the quality of work has just dropped dramatically. When they are desperate for customers, they do a good job, when business gets good they get lazy, rude and sloppy. I had a pedicure done and asked for callus remover it was literally applied and wiped off in one minute when I asked for it to be left on for three minutes like it's supposed to be, the manager said that it's medicine ,its strong it doesn't need to sit long, he spoke to me like I was stupid and didn't know any better. They are not allowed to use medicine on your feet, he just wanted me to shut up.
You make an appointment and show up on time, they are working on other people and make you wait.
A simple ANC french manicure turned into a huge disappointment and blow out with the manager. Anna who did my nails regularly, just did not care that day I had to tell her to remove red and black particles off of the nail , like If I wouldn't have said anything she would've left it there then proceeded to blame it on the powder and show me these black specks, so the powder was pretty much dirty then after I said I'm not paying if you leave that there, she buffed it out and refilled it. then when the ANC set in it was cloudy and full of air bubbles the color wasn't even pink anymore it was so full of cloudiness that it looks white under the white tips where its supposed to be pink and clear. then when I complained about it she tried to tell my it looked like that because of my nail underneath I told her that it looked stupid then showed her husband the manager and he blamed the company (ANC) because that's the french dip set they use. He likes to argue and is rude to you if you dare complain about anything. instead of trying to understand and resolve the problem he just tries to defend and pass the blame he wanted to give me a $10 gift card to shut me up!! Really?? I told him I was never going back there you just lost a regular customer and he held up his appointment book and said I have plenty customers, I don't need you to come to my shop! Terrible poor customer service. SMH
They were done Friday June 8th 2018 and have two cracks alreadyby June 14

Crappy customer service. Pedicure not worth 40 bucks. Most of the people working there seem like they don’t want to be there. During the pedicure I thought the guy was a little tough sanding my feet feet. Came home one of my feet was sore. I looked at my foot, he scrubbed so hard it was sort of red/raw, still sore. The nail painting job wasn’t the greatest either.

They were quick but my nails are awful. The space between my real nail and the tips they put on is so bad that food and dirt is getting packed in after just two days. I'm going to have to rip them off and go my normal place and spend the money all over again. I tried them because they're near my job but I will never go again.

Every time I go to blooming I have a great experience. I always get Cindy and she dose an amazing job with acrylics, AanC, and even gel. She just dose a great job and when ever I get a pedicure who ever is doing it always dose a great job. I just got back from getting my nails done there and this time half way through I get switched with the owner (I think) and he completely butched them. They are thin, uneven, none of them are the same size and 2 of my nails are missing color in the edges. I’m very unhappy and this has happened before when I went there. I wanted to go back and say something but I’m not that kind of person I don’t like to cause issues, especially there cause I do always have great nails when I leave. Except when I get the owner. So just warning if you go to blooming, I advise you to ask for Cindy. But, make sure she starts and finishes your nails.

I agree with other reviewers that it is not a warm and friendly vibe. I only went there because it was so convenient to work.I now actually drive 12 miles out of my way to go to an amazing nail salon--Aiden nails in Red Hook--my nails last a month and it a wonderful friendly place.I did feel that it was very clean. But I will not be back.

The nail polish was nicked on a few toes, she didn't even use the toes separators...so that might have caused the defect. And the extra cost of the reflexology was worthless...it so very lame. She was almost falling asleep while doing it. My first and last time there, I wish I had read the reviews first. Live and learn, and I just wasted $38. !!

I went in with a picture of an idea of how I want my nails and she did it AMAZING!! Anna then gave me a nice hand and back massage, I walked out of Blooming Nails feeling like a million 💵!! I typically don't write reviews but when I left Blooming Nails in Hudson NY I had too!! I will definitely be back to see Anna for my nails!! They also give you a card that you get signed every time you go there and after ten visits you get a FREE foot massage!!! 💅🏻👍🏻😬💜 thank you Anna and thank you Blooming Nails I'm one VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!! Also the nail salon is Gorgous and very clean!

I don't have a usual local nail spa/salon where I go to get a pedicure. Lately I have been really disappointed with Nail Spa and Gel Nails is good but the wait time is usually pretty long. So today I decided to try Blooming Nail Spa!! I believe now I have found a nail spa/salon that I will always go to. My experience the first time I went was extremly exceptional, I had an acrylic set plus a pedicure.. I was extremly pleased with the service, however, I have since went back and both times the regular nail polish lasted a few days before chipping and a gel lasted one week which is suppossed to last 2.. when my nails were being filed, they cut me twice and told me they didnt. The service is very poor.. I will NOT be continuing going here.

The guy is a creep - I kept thinking he was drying to dry hump me while moving around to 'massage'my legs and back - I actually grabbed his hand when it kept going lower and lower below the belt line - I yelled at him I wanted my back massaged not my butt. Never again.

Recommend you make an appointment though, they don't have as many technicians on staff as others, but they do a great job. You will enjoy the experience.

The cleanliness has improved drastically from a year ago. This is now my favorite place to get a pedicure. The honey pedicure is fantastic and worth the money. I usually just get the regular pedicure to save money. I'm not sure what base or topcoats they use here but the nail polish stays on 3-4 weeks with no chips! It's just regular Essie polish but somehow they are able to keep it on. This is my favorite place for pedicures. I haven't tried anything else though. My sister gets acrylics done here and they do a nice job.

I've been going there regularly since November 2017 and the quality of work has just dropped dramatically. When they are desperate for customers, they do a good job, when business gets good they get lazy, rude and sloppy. The nail polish was nicked on a few toes, she didn't even use the toes separators...so that might have caused the defect. And the extra cost of the reflexology was worthless...it so very lame. She was almost falling asleep while doing it. My first and last time there, I wish I had read the reviews first. Live and learn, and I just wasted $38. !!

The guy is a creep - I kept thinking he was drying to dry hump me while moving around to 'massage'my legs and back - I actually grabbed his hand when it kept going lower and lower below the belt line - I yelled at him I wanted my back massaged not my butt. Never again.

This place is clean, reasonably priced and you get a great free massage while your nails dry. They give you more than the other local nail salons. Recommend you make an appointment though, they don't have as many technicians on staff as others, but they do a great job. You will enjoy the experience.

The cleanliness has improved drastically from a year ago. This is now my favorite place to get a pedicure. The honey pedicure is fantastic and worth the money. I usually just get the regular pedicure to save money. I'm not sure what base or topcoats they use here but the nail polish stays on 3-4 weeks with no chips! It's just regular Essie polish but somehow they are able to keep it on. This is my favorite place for pedicures. I haven't tried anything else though. My sister gets acrylics done here and they do a nice job.
