I don't typically like to leave less than positive reviews but I want impressed. My first time going, the experience was fantastic, sadly however, future experiences were not nearly as pleasant.
The techs are very rough with your hands, they do not talk to you as you are getting your nails done and they are very expensive. I was getting the SNS powder manicures with tops because I like the look of them and they repeatedly told me that the SNS powder was good for your nails and would strengthen the natural nail, however this is not going to work if they rip the tip and the acrylic off your nail each time and reapply new instead of filling what is already there, not to mention they sand down the natural nail until it is thinner than some paper. My nails are still healing, still thin, sensitive and damaged and it has been months since I went there last.

Never go here unless you want to waste all of your money! I went in for a pedicure and a Manicure (Natural nails not even acrylic) I brought my own gel polish to be used, the women explained to me that I would still have to pay the regular fee for gel polish. I said okay fine, I expected it to be within a reasonable price. I ended up paying 75 dollars! Thats right you hear it, 75 dollars for them to paint my toes and my fingernails. The pedicure was 35 dollars and The women while nice, hardly even filed and cut my nails before painting them. The women who painted my finger nails just cut, painted them, and then applied a little bit of lotion. When I questioned why it was so much, the only reasoning the women gave me was because gel polish is extra.... Um excuse me, you mean the gel polish that I brought with me into the salon??? After some careful calculations, the payment breaks down as the following: 35 for pedicure, 10 for manicure, and 30 dollars (yup you read right 30 dollars) for bringing in my OWN gel polish because it was the color changing polish which they normally charge you even more for in the salon than the regular gel polish. I will never be setting foot in this establishment again. They completely ripped me off.

Worst experience with getting my nails done. At first they tried charging my boyfriend 40 dollars when they said it was 35 and then made him tip the lady $5. The lady was rushing and my index finger nail is crooked and the lady destroyed the paint on the nail by digging at it then doesn’t even bother to tell me or fix it. I will never be going back here again.

Just to let everyone know. I went on Monday 10/30 around 6 to have my nails taken off since I have had them on for some time. I asked how much it would be the man said 10$ ok fine that's cool. I paid with my debit card and today I was going through my account and they added thier own tip to my card. That is fraud and illegal!!! I called and talked to the man and told him what happen and that I was calling my bank to discuss it with them and how it was fraud. He said come back and we give you 2$ dollars back. I said no I will not be back and that I will be getting to the bottom of this I asked him how many others have they done this too but of course they now don't understand what your saying. Everyone please please check your statements cause if this happen to me how many others has this happened too. Just remember this place is not safe and can't be trusted even when you leave a cash tip.. CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS!!!!
