Called Wednesday for appointment on Sunday for 2 people at 12:30. Get there at 12:10 . They try to tell me that I didn't make appt. Then said I had 1 appt at 12:30. We sit there for 20 mins
Only to be told, people were before us, so could we comeback and that they close at 7. Are you for real, I made appt for my convience. Left there and called modern nails was able to get appt right away. Also staff was more friendly than Cici's

so because of work i need to take my acrylic nails off (because i will be wearing gloves). So i went to Cici’s to get my nails removed & just to gel polish on my regular nails. i’m really disappointed...
so because of work i need to take my acrylic nails off (because i will be wearing gloves). So i went to Cici’s to get my nails removed & just to gel polish on my regular nails. i’m really disappointed because this is the only place i have liked i usually have a great experience there but she removed my nails soooo roughly. 3 of my nails are still currently bleeding out everywhere & they’re so painful. not to mention the fact that there was blood all over her tools & she just... put them back in the drawer and tried to continue filing and ripping the nails off THROUGH the blood. oh & then still charged me for taking the nails off (i didn’t get polish put on). never again. See more

Went there and they did a horrible job. Didn't fully take polish off the side of some of my nails. I got design and instead of saying I can't do it they did it and it came out like crap. Also when the lady did the electric file it felt like she actually burnt my nail. I mean dont get me wrong ive been to other ppl and my nails felt hot but this time i literally yelled and pulled my hand back.. This was my first and last time going.

I love coming here and I have been coming here for a long time. Very very disappointed in how my nails turned out. I had “Susan” do them this time and she will not be doing them again. I will keep coming back but from now on Tina will be doing my nails. I feel as though I need to go home and do them all over again. I’m not sure if she is new at doing this or not but she definitely needs more practice and it will not be on me. I’m sorry to have to give such a bad review for a place that I normally highly recommend. When I come back in 2 weeks, if Tina is not available I will go elsewhere.

The ANC nails that I got done the other night look sloppy! I got a colored french and there is no smile line, they just go straigh across. Not good. The tech also dragged the color through the pink pa...
The ANC nails that I got done the other night look sloppy! I got a colored french and there is no smile line, they just go straigh across. Not good. The tech also dragged the color through the pink part of the nail too. It was like he didn't know what he was doing. Plus the whole visit was over 2 hours for removal and new nails. I've never had it take that long before. If you want nice ANC french nails CICI is not it.

Amazing service, everyone is very friendly! And helpful...the salon is the cleanest in this area and I've been to them all! Very happy. I think it'll be my new regular spa.

The people are very nice, and the place is clean and quiet. I don't like a salon filled with drama, and so while this place is new, the people working there seem low key and pleasant. Heading there today for a second visit, this time I'm having more done, so we'll see if things are as nice this time.Update : Cici did an amazing job on my nails, I will be going back!

I love coming here and I have been coming here for a long time. Very very disappointed in how my nails turned out. I had “Susan” do them this time and she will not be doing them again. The ANC nails that I got done the other night look sloppy! I got a colored french and there is no smile line, they just go straigh across. Not good.
