I have been going to Bella Salon for about three years now and I never leave there disappointed!! Jackie does my hair exactly the way I want it every single time, even when I'm constantly changing my mind lol. From the highlights, touch up color, hair cut, blow out and the keratin treatment I get once a year, she takes the time to listen to what I want done and then produces 100%. Jackie has been doing my hair for years and I love her. Not only is she super sweet, but she is amazing at what she does. She does exactly what you want, even better sometimes. I have never left unhappy with my hair - cut, color, keratin - she'll take the full time to make sure it comes out perfect, and I've never been rushed, even if my appointment took hours! I've tried plenty of other, perhaps more "fancy" salons in the past, but I would pick Jackie over any of them in a heartbeat. In fact my whole family comes here for their hair. The rest of the staff is very nice as well, although I have never gotten my hair styled by anyone except Jackie (there seem to be multiple people named Jackie here - sorry for the confusion). I saw Jacquie on a Wednesday. She and another hairdresser spent 6&1/2 hours taking my hair from a black/purple mess to a really pretty blonde color that gets darker at the roots. Was trying to find a place close by to get my hair done because was tired of always running into the city. Have always known there was a salon there next to the 7-11, but hesitated to walk in because I had had a prior negative experience. Walked in anyway and apparently it was a completely different salon with new management. I decided to make an appointment, which was with Janette. I just moved into the area and had to find a new hair salon, I happened to stumble upon Bella's online. The service was extraordinary. My stylist was Little Jackie she was amazing, listened to what I wanted and was very friendly. I had a hair cut, which I'm normally nervous about getting since I have long hair and I'm always nervous that their going to cut off more than I'd like.
