New ownership for the 2018 new year. I had a gel manicure and was happy with how it was done. However the lady next to me was also having a gel manicure and they insisted they had to remove her current polish with the drill! When we both commented on how it should not be used on real nails to remove polish that it should be soaked off. One of the girls in charge got nasty and said she knows best and that it has to be drilled off. If we don’t want drill we need to use regular polish. This place don't even deserve one star.... The man in there is so slow, it took him 1 hour n 15 mins to START my full set.... I finally had to just get up n walk out..... Not worth spending my money here. There are corners of nail polish that should have been cleaned and werent. Another customer stepped on my foot while they were drying and the employee just put some nail polish over the area that was messed up instead of evening it out and putting a clear coat over it again so it came out uneven on that one toe. Customer service was unreal. Not in a good way. Gel manicure for $25.00 dollars and I get a 45 sec hand massage and 5 secs with a hot towel. They got attitude when I realized Tina was doing a poorly and lazy manicure and passed me onto someone else who was rude and barely attentive. #nevercomingback Read Less

Absolute WORST fill/paint I have ever had. First, the guy cuts my nail into the nail bed. After fixing that and causing pain, he files them in a weird. He hands me over I another woman to do a " French manicure ". She proceeds to do a little line as opposed to covering the white of the nail. Told her no good and she covers the whole nail with the color, does nail art, forgets gel. After I "dry" , she adds the gel, doesn't wait long enough under UV, sprays alcohol, and every nail bubbles. She does to polish again, to have it partially bubble. No discount, apology, gift certificates for inconvenience.
