I was really hoping I found my new nail place. For $33 bucks I thought I was getting a great deal on a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Unfortunately I should have walked out when I saw their tools weren't  sterilized in the autoclave. I asked the lady to bring me a new one, after talking for 2 minutes straight in chinese/mandarin I knew they were scramming and making something up. When she brought the "new" packet it wasn't sealed she just simply dumped the tools on to the counter. I cringed knowing they weren't clean. People might think its not a big deal it is. You can get different disease, infections, and spread unwanted fungi between clients. Not to mention this wasn't the worst part. I started bleeding during my gel manicure because the lady was so rough and yanked me as if I was an object not a person. I only go here! Honestly you cannot beat the price and the quality is great as well! They are so nice here and always make time to give you a mani or pedi even if you're a late walk in! I have been going here for years and love them to pieces! We have formed a great relationship and I am always greeted with smiles. They are sweet, extremely helpful, and always want to give you their best. I would say that they have the best prices in the area and do not disappoint with their service! I recommend them to everyone I know and because of that, they have gained several happy regular customers. Although I have usually stuck to regular manicures, I have recently switched to powder gel. And I'm happy I did! My manicure lasts at least 2 weeks and stays looking beautiful. Nicole has been doing my designs and I absolutely adore her. I show her designs from my Pinterest and she is able to copy them onto my nails. She is patient, focused, and has awesome art skills! I also get my pedicures done here (fabulous) as well as my eyebrows which is immensely convenient for me. Tina is an amazing person and runs her business well. Too bad this place doesn't give an option for no stars. The worst spot for pedicures ever!My friend and I went for pedicures. Our pedicures were two minutes long. They were rude when we didn't want manicures. We paid and got up to leave when they had two of their workers ask us for tips. You can force a person to give you a tip. Tips are only given if you like the service which we did not like. I find it rude that you run after someone for tips. That wasn't all tho. They sent one of their daily customers to curse us out in the parking lot because we didn't give a tip. DEFF AVOID!!! Super rude Read Less

They are one of the most affordable in the area but their customer service is terrible. I have been here 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times were bad experiences. I went here on a whim because the nail salon I wanted to go to was closed on Mondays. I am so glad I discovered this place. The nice lady that did my pedicure took time to properly care for my cuticles and shape my toenails. She also gave me a nice massage.I got a fill done and another lady took her time polishing and sanding away the acrylic that was already on my nails. When I pointed out that one nail wasn't painted completely, she wiped the entire nail and redid it.Overall, both ladies took their time (I'm not sure if it was because it wasn't busy or not).I am giving four stars only because the lady doing the manicure did not buff my nails completely. There were still streaks from the sanding tool shown.For a regular pedicure and a fill-in manicure, the total was $33. Read Less

My powder manicure  is perfection and I am an obsessive nail picker!! I love how thick they coated made my nails to look and feel amazing. I'll never go anywhere else  so impressive. The color doesn't fade or chip and I never had a manicure that lasted this long. Read Less

Horrible!!! They do not scrub your legs at all! Literally the worst pedicure I have ever gotten!Manicure was also done really poorly. Didn't paint the sides of my nails & then the lady had to change midway cause she wasn't able to do French. Crazy quality for the price with Cee Cee especially. $23 pedi included callous gel treatment and 10Minute massage which was slow and soothing. They used disposable liners in the pedi bowl and were clean about everything else.  Also got a niceShoulder rub while my toes were drying. For as busy as it was it was still relaxing. Read Less

I got a fill in, and pedicure. Pedicure was nice, and the fill in was okay. The UV light was not working correctly, so she had to re-do my nails but it came out kind of sloppy. My thumbs are already chipping, and there are some missed spots with my fill in.  4 stars because they're super nice, and do a great job with pedicures and regular manicures. I am very picky on having my nails done. When I lost my girl who had been doing my nail for Many years. I went to Tina at Ruby's. At first I was a skeptic that no one can replace my special nail person. I found Tina to be even more qualify. My nails loves acrylic powder because they stay healthy and grows strong and long. She put the gel on top of the acrylic so that it makes my nail looking fab for one whole month. I am loving the service I get here. Now Ruby's is my very special nail place. I called 10 mins ahead to make an appointment and it was totally worth it. The place was packed but I wasn't rushed and I got a great mani pedi for just $20. Definitely recommend calling ahead and heads up it's in the Woodbury center (easier to find). Read Less

I've been coming to Ruby Nails for years with my mom.  They are probably the least expensive salon for manicures & pedicures in the area, and they defy the saying "you get what you pay for."  They give amazing manicures, pedicures, and massages.  The women are all very sweet.  I not only come here for the great price and great work, but for the overall service and experience as well! Tina is amazing, definitely the go-to for powder French or tips; all the women are great though with regular and gel mani/pedis.  I highly recommend trying them - I guarantee you'll come back! I came here for the first time on Saturday morning and had a very good experience.  I didn't have to wait (was seated in 2 mins approximately). Pros:Cheap.  Color gel manicure+pedicure= $30Clean.  The salon appeared to be in order.  They work fast and efficient.  The same woman who did manicure also did my pedicure (no hand-offs!)They offer a rewards cardParking lot provided! The owner Tina is very accommodating. Lana and Jessica give amazing amazing amazing manicures (better ones than most high end nail salons)!!!Newman gives an intense and thorough pedicure and pedis are $10!!!! Love this place. It was just reconstructed with new furniture and its very pretty. Definitely not as stylish as a city nail salon where a mani/pedi is $75, but I don't go for the atmosphere.
