Horrible customer service from the owner Helen!  Been going here for years even before Helen owned it!  On Friday evening  it was crowded, I waited patiently for a manicure. Unlucky me Helen did my manicure. She was doing it so fast I had to remind myself that it was supposed to be a enjoyable relaxing experience. When she was ready to put polish on I asked her to try & clean the old polish off, my fingers were still blue from the old polish & I was using a different color. She proceeded to use a sharp object to scrape it off. Still old polish was on I asked her to use an orange stick with some cotton & polish remover. She was so annoyed at me for asking her to do this. She never thanked me for her tip nor did I get a massage. She was very angry & humiliating to me. I've seen her yell at people, I will never up back. Read Less

Highly recommend. They provide a wide of different services, one being eye lash extensions. I have been getting eyelash extensions for a year now with Kim. She will customise accordingly to your eye shape and natural lashes! Most salons don’t do this. My extensions usually about 3 to 4 weeks, not high maintenance at all.Read Less

This is my go to place to feel fabulous!!! The girls are always welcoming, polite and professional. Kim is amazing with lashes and i won't go to anyone else, she knows her stuff! I get compliments on my 3D's all the time about them and people can't believe how good they look. I'm always feeling refreshed after leaving here whether its lashes, nails or a facial. I’ve just started getting my eyelashes done here and Kim is just amazing! Not having had extensions before Kim answered all of my questions and I felt so comfortable heading forwards! I cannot tell you how many compliments I’ve had since having them! They are just so easy, great quality and I love them!! I have been getting my eye lashes done by Kim for 2 years and it is near to perfection. I get compliments on a weekly basis from strangers. They look so full and luscious. Kim has a wealth of knowledge about eye lash extensions and always knows the best products. Kim does her research and ensures she uses the best quality products. I have never had any issues with my lash extensions. Sometimes when I have not been able to return to the salon for 4 weeks to get refills, my lashes still look amazing after 4 weeks. Kim is also very knowledgeable about skin. I have had a few facials from Kim and my skin has never looked better. Decently price for the area. They do a decent job, wish they would work longer on massages but the actual work isnt bad. This is my regular spot ever since i moved to long island. Gel mani pedi for 30$ cant go wrong. Staff is friendly && its clean. Read Less

This place is horrible, I’ve been going here a few times only because of the prices but not anymore. I come all the way from islip and to get the treated the way I do for the passed two visit never again and I would not recommended this place to anyone either! They DO NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE here, if you need help picking out a color to match the gel they make you do it and they get annoyed if you ask for help. The owns shouldn’t even do nails if they have to pick the phone every 5mins. It’s dirty they do not use clean tools. They honestly don’t even do much the don’t do designs if you like the 2017 era kind of nails this is not the place to go! They are so cheap wth their products they don’t like to do so many coats. My sister told me about this salon, and since I'm only 15 minutes away from her I decided to try it out.....they were very friendly and took their time with my pedicure and gel manicure! It's been almost 2 weeks and my nails still look fresh! They even fixed my pedicure after they smudged 3 hours after I had left their salon...Definitely will be a loyal customer! Read Less

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went here a few weeks ago to have tips done. The guy who did them spend a long time making my nails look perfect. I was very pleased with how my nails turned out. I decided to come back to have them filled in. Honestly it was the worst experience. The lady who did my nails ( the owner) legit was rushing to do my nails. Cut the crap out of my fingers from just BUFFING my nails! I was bleeding everywhere. Then by the time she was done I looked at them and was so disgusted by what she had done I asked to have them redone and she wanted to charge me. I said no they look like crap and she did not want to redo them so I asked for my money back and she got very nasty and was yelling at me ( a customer) she then threatened to call the police on me for what ever reason. I showed the lady next to my nails and she agreed they looked horrible. So the man redid my nails and it's better but still not very nice. This place has been my regular nail salon for over 5 years. The best people to get your nails done by are Danny and Nancy if it weren't for the two of them I would never go back. The owner, Helen is rude and bad mannered. She knows I'm a loyal customer and she has argued with me because I have gone back to get my nail fixed because it chipped or to get my fun gel fixed after it cracked 3 days prior to getting it done when it should last 2 weeks and then cracked again after getting it fixed! The last time I went there I told myself I would find a new place because obviously loyalty means nothing to Helen and she has no problem being rude to a customer that's been going there for over 5 years. This place has been average lately. I used to come here because of how affordable they where ($5 mani $10 pedi) and even after leaving paying that price i felt meh. Now they raised their prices and obviously aren't trying any harder. I've  been coming here for years and haven't been satisfied when leaving. Either they cut my cuticles too much or they forget to cut them. One time they didn't even file my nails. I can't relax when i come here i LITERALLY have to watch the nail tech. to make sure they cut my cuticles and file my nails. Basically i have to make sure i get what i pay for. Right now i think A manicure is 6$ and Pedi is $12. Not a bad price at all compared to other nail salons but their service unfortunately is nothing to write home about. Read Less
