I was very disappointed in my recent visit. They were promoting a spa pedicure for $7 more than the regular price. The did not even do the things listed in the promotion and the only difference was about a Nickels size of three different lotions split between both legs and then they add a large pump full of the product they normally use. Not worth it for me. Also, the French manicure was done way to thick. But I felt so rushed through that I didn't ask them to fix it. This was not the relaxing experience I had hoped for. I use to go to another worker who no longer worker's there now I go to Kim who is ALWAYS going over and beyond to make sure my picky a$$ is satisfied with what she does and if I should not like the shape exc she ALWAYS is willing to fix it and make it right never an attitude but in fact always a smile and does whatever it is to in fact make the customers happy she is GREAT I highly recommend her....thank you Kim for always maken my nails so BEAUTIFUL! 💅💅 Read Less

Been going here since I was 6 and 8 years later I'm still going here, only place I will go to, everyone treats me well although all the people that I grew up with there are all gone. Still do great job on nails. Don't be afraid to speak up and they'll fix any issue. They do get busy and have to multitask so if they are doing other people it's due to the amount of people and lack of staff. Read Less

Just got my nails (Gel) done today @ 2:00pm and it's 9:18pm and 2 of my finger nails have lost there polish it crumbles off my nails. And they filed all my nails off with the Emory board.!!!! All I asked for was square nails and they filed then short and round with square edges. And missed half of my nail. I would hilly recommend going to luxury nails down the street!!!! Read Less

First and last visit. Very very dirty. Roughest pedicure Ive ever had as well there was nothing related to relaxation involved. I was cut 2 times during my pedicure and they didnt use gloves or anything as Im bleeding and the polishes get touched by everyone after having been in contact with the womens hands that just touched my blood. To wash down the foot bath section they simply just spray disinfectant spray and wipe. Walls are very filthy and chairs as well. I am far from high class but I dont recommend that place to anyone.
