I only gave her one star Because I had to do it for a review, Cindy is horrible with eyelashes ! She glued 6 eyelashes onto one eyelash of mine ! She reuses the same eyelashes that were already on your eye which is completely unsanitary! The place is too cramped and small there is no bathroom in the establishment ! It's atrocious ! If I could give them zero stars I would, In addition everyone's eyelashes look the same, either longer or shorter, she never gives you what you ask for ! I ask for longer fuller lashes and they look like she only put 7 lashes per eye, they don't use mink lashes at all the eyelashes they use are so crunchy and hard and when I wash my face they start to separate ! I think they are excellent when it comes to eyelashes and eyebrows, however they often do not open on time. I've waited up until a half hour for them to open and mind you I had an appointment. Sometimes they also like to slip the stand by customers in between appointments which causes a time backup. Read Less

This place is a hole in the wall. Very dirty. They don't even have a bathroom in their facilities. Like wtf. They do mink eyelashes in less than 20 minutes and leave the door open for the general public to see your short process. It's definitely not worth 60 dollars at all. They literally put about 10 eyelashes on each of your eyes. And then sit you up and make you sit outside to allow it to dry. When my lashes finished drying one was already falling off. They say no mascara, sleep a certain way etc etc. Which is terrible. Any other place that legit does mink lashes allow you to use mascara you just have to use oil free make up remover. This place didn't even brush your lashes as they completed them. People who come here think they are getting a deal, but they really are not. The mink lashes look cheap as hell and they are definitely not worth no damn 60 dollars. Maybe 15 definitely not 60. You're better off going on groupon or actually going to freya salon in queens. This place is disgusting and I will be calling authorities on them soon because it's literally illegal to have a open business with no restroom onsite of the premises. I agree with everyone about the quality of the eyebrows. They always look good, but I can't get over the poor customer service. Bonnie is rude as she ushers people in and out of her chair like chattel. I disliked her attitude. She paid no attention to the customer in front of her nor did I ever see her change the wax. No one comes there for great nails and parking is the worst. If you don't mind being treated poorly where you spend your money then Bonnie's is fine, but I think people deserve to be treated better. As far as eye browse happy nails is perfect! (That's all I ever really get done there) Bonnie is like an eye brow guru! She knows how to keep the thickness of your brows while giving an amazing arch and keeping them squared. I faithfully go to her every 2 weeks and refuse to find anyone else! Read Less

Quality if the service is still, AIM TO PLEASE!!!  However, I think Bonnie is more focused in making money from eyebrows. My feet were taken care of, but the polish and the painting of the polish SUCKED!!! I used to come to Bonnie's all the time time for eyebrows and pedis.  I figured while back in town it was a no brainier before heading off on vacation the next day. I travelled the next day and when we arrived. My ties were smashed and after two days in the pool and ocean the Polish was backing away from the tops if my toes. Got my lashes done $60 for mink lashes it took 25mins for a full set. I think its great option for last minute lashes at an affordable price Ex: a wedding , vacation, photoshoot... . Please go back to them to remove the extensions. Otherwise u will lose your natural lashes. Read Less

Let me just say that this is your typical hood nail salon lol. It's very small inside & not enough staff. They do good work and try there hardest to please you and get people out as fast as possible. The only reason why I'm giving them 3 stars is because it's small & wait times can be out of control if you go during times when people are off of work.
