Not sure why someone who can't wax eyebrows would accept money for what I just received.  My eyebrows look patchy and uneven.  At least when I went in I had clear lines with the new growth shadow.  I'm so mad because it's very clear that this place is managed by someone overly concerned with money without proper attention to doing things right.  Suggestion:  instead of squeezing someone in to make sure you get that $10 dollars, tell them the eyebrow person is busy and they have to wait.  That way you give the person the choice of waiting for a proper service or leaving.  Business ethics 101. Meh. I go here because it's right near my apartment but they always try to up sell you and the owner is crazy pushy. It can also be really crowded. They do a decent enough job but if I had more options in walking distance I would go elsewhere. Read Less

I have come here for a long time to support the community. a couple of the manicurists are very good but the owner is awful. she is pushy and rude. Well this week was my last time here. 3 different people did my $35 plus dollar gel manicure and it is awful.  I have had it and will never go back to this take advantage of your customer, nasty owner place. thank you!BTW if she tells you 20 min it is clearly an hour. I went for the first time the other day and I can safely say, I loved it here. Best service I have ever received at a nail salon. The second I walked in they greeted me and assisted me with choosing a color. I just got a regular pedicure but they never rushed me and they seemed to take great care of my feet and above all, were super friendly. The prices were a little higher than my normal salon in NJ, but overall, I had a great experience. I will definitely be back. Read Less

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the work I've received here. I had previously been going to a salon in Scarsdale thinking it would be better and found the work was sloppy. I decided to give this place a try as it's in my neighborhood and both their manicures and pedicures are top notch.  No matter which nail stylist has worked on me they have all done a great job. I've been a customer for a long time, although I'm not one of the regulars. I'm always satisfied with the quality of the basic mani/pedi, and it is the only place I'll go to for an eyebrow wax. The price is about what you'd expect for a nice nail place in the area. Read Less
