Their quality of work is good. However, the attitude of the owner Nancy is beyond unprofessional.  I was a faithful client for well over three years but Nancy and that attitude put an end to me using their services.  As for appointments they are accommodating during the off season however, once the summer begins good luck getting an appointment.  They tend to forget all about the locals and allow the temp summer patrons to take over.  Simply put it's an unprofessional family ran business.  If you got time for a snotty, unprofessional nail tech then stop by if you want great service with a smile go else where. Told the lady not to cut my nails bc I had already cut them, and she started to file them so much that I started to bleed. Then she cut my cuttlicles and made me bleed from 3 toes and 2 fingers. She would not stop, I even told her in spanish and nothing. Would not recommend. Read Less

I have been coming here for at least three years and love it. They always do a great job! I read the comments here, and I guess that normally the difficult customers take the time to write. There are SO MANY satisfied customers. The salon is almost always packed. Nancy, the owner, is wonderful and always tries to fit customers in whenever possible. However, if someone is rude to her first, she will not put up with it (the entitled "Hamptons' attitude) so to the people who say she was rude, I can just imagine that you were probably rude to start with. Very disappointing experience -- technician was not paying attention to what she was doing during my pedicure, jabbed me twice, and then sliced my cuticle wide open to extent of much bleeding and need to end before nail polish.  Was asked for payment despite the circumstances, looked towards owner who dismissed my concerns, was rude, and did not do the right thing.  I will not return and strongly suggest finding an alternative salon. If there was less than a one star review I would choose it. I asked how much an acrylic fill and a regular pedicure was and they told me it would be about $40. When I was ready to pay the woman told me it was $85!!! I did not get gel or any special treatment just a regular acrylic fill and pedicure. I asked her about the price and why it was so expensive and she responded "The price board says $20 and up, so the prices range." I continued to explain how I shouldn't be paying so much for a simple fill and pedicure. I ended up paying the ridiculous amount. I will NEVER go back here. I see a lot of mixed feedback here. I must say that I'm a local to the area and this is the place I go for any needs - manicure, pedicure, eyebrows. I used to do acrylics and was always pleased. If I ever had an issue, I spoke up (which is an uncomfortable thing to do, I know! but they're not mind readers) and they would make sure I was happy with how they fixed whatever it was; a sharp nail edge, a smudge, anything. I know what people mean by maybe feeling there's somewhat of an attitude - but I think Nancy is just a busy woman, running a shop and to the point. She's always very sweet to me, and remembers my name even after me not being in for a while! I recommend this place to my friends all the time. Extremely rude, very dirty and no manners. Not a pleasant experience at all! Of all the places to chose from, I would never in a million years recommend going here. When we arrived she acted like she no clue who I was. We had to wait. She didn't say anything or tell us how long we would have to wait. If you're going to operate a business you should know how to interact with customers....they have folding chairs with stains for you to wait on. Then when someone mumbled where I should go and sit, they had my mother stand for 10 mins waiting and then someone called her grandma. There's no place better. Nancy and the girls do such a great job. It's worth the trip if you don't live near Hampton Bays. Pay the extra $5 for the scrub when you get a pedicure, your legs will feel AMAZING! I would definitely suggest calling beforehand and making an appointment. Consistently visits hometown of Hampton bays and went to exquisite. Today went in and I am highly allergic to latex-the girl refused to take the gloves off or switch them. Nancy told us we could go somewhere else, how RUDE! Used to be great, now rude and STUCK UP! Read Less

Have been going here for the last year consistently.  Nancy is very accommodating and professional. Sam is my manicurist and she simply is the best. The place is seemingly clean. Though when it comes to their utensils they do not clean them. I saw them reuse unclean utensils on different people. Disgusting and absolutely wrong. They also do not know how to properly do the uv gels, so i recomend not getting your nails done here. Read Less

I have been here a number of times but am not a regular but exquisite nails is close to my home and at times easier to get into as a walk-in if i am in a rush (I normally prefer Tickled Pink in town).  The woman who sits in the front and assists when you enter (I believe she may be the owner) has a lot to learn about service. She rarely smiles, acts as though she is doing you a favor and many times will not make eye contact when you ask her a question. So, my nails look pretty good but the experience overall is not great. I think this salon is the most professional and does, by far, the best job in the Hamptons. They are very fairly priced. In comparison to other local salons the experience isn't even comparable. They are kind and quick. No one wants to sit there for hours... It is a very busy, fast paced salon, but not rushed, and the customers keep flowing in. It's best to call and make an appointment because they are always busy due to their phenomenal services. Every single technician there does a fantastic job. For years I had one girl do my nails at a different salon. When I came to Exquisite Nails, the owner Nancy did them perfectly (I'm very picky), then I had Sam do them (perfection), I also had Jimmy (I think that was his name oops), and one other sweet lady whose name has slipped my mind. All of them did a wonderful job. Even the pedicures are great! Get the scrub!! As far as the previous review states, the owner Nancy is as sweet as a cupcake, and their nail polishes are definitely not watered down. Every woman knows that your polishes at home start to get thick so occasionally you have to cut it with a little nail polish remover to thin it back out. Maybe that's what she experienced?? As for me, I've never left there with streaks, I've never felt as if their products were cheap or bootleg lol. Who bootlegs nail polish?? Seems a bit far stretched... I should have listened to the review I read about this nail salon . I usually try to not keep bad reviews from making my decision but in this case  The owner is a total rude bitch. Her nail polish is thinned out and she uses cheap products. There were brands I never heard of . Her Essie nail polish seemed to be replaced with other colors to make it seem like it was Essie I guess. None of the colors appeared to be Essie colors that I am familiar with . Mademoiselle was white ! She told me  that they had other appt's and to hurry up. My nails were all streaky , I was like your going to let me walk out this ??? After words back and forth i told the nail technician to just take it off. I asked for my $ back but the owner was such a bitch that  she said no , I really didn't want to get more worked up with this bitch. She can keep my $ ! Carma is a bitch ! Read Less
