I got a pedicure and manicure. Loved my pedicure!!! But I did not like my manicure at all. I really wanted natural looking nails, that's why I went with the dip, but I also wanted a natural looking French manicure. All the people in the salon are super sweet including the lady that did my nails but my manicure sucked. They were so thick, not natural at all, and then the "French manicure" part looked terrible. The white part was put on sooo thick and it's not natural looking at all, I could've just gotten my nails all white. I'm so sad because I truly wanted it to be a good experience but the lady was also in a rush. Side note, if you need to be somewhere by XX:XX time, then don't take an appointment and cancel it because it's going to end up being a rushed job. I went here for first time on Saturday.  I got exactly what I have been wanting. Ombre nails with rhinestones. My girl was so sweet and she worked fast. I already booked my nxt appt and can't wait to go back. Sooo glad I found them! Read Less

I had called for an appointment on a Saturday morning was able to get in within an hour. They are busy so I would suggest calling ahead. I got a dip manicure, which I love. She had a million colors to choose from and it didn't more than 45 minutes.  That was taking time to get some stubborn gel polish off before hand. Ly the owner did my nails.(she might be the only one who does the dip, I'm not sure) the entire staff was friendly and the salon was clean. I would highly recommend checking this salon out. My mother and I went to get our nails done for our birthdays. We each got a pedicure, she got a basic manicure and I got a dip manicure. I showed Ly my inspiration picture and we were able to discuss nail art that would work for it. I was very impressed with the outcome of my nails, especially the shape. The owner is wonderful, the staff is friendly. Was the best pedicure I've had in years since going to a high end salon. Will definitely go back and its a bit of a ride for me but worth it. So happy to have found this place. Read Less

These girls are so nice!! By far the best set of pink and whites I've had done!! Will definitely be going back every 2 weeks and anytime I need anything nail related!!! This is by far the best place for pink and whites in all of Western NY. I've never had a bad experience with any of the nail techs, and all three are extremely friendly. They are incredibly knowledgable about nails and can correct any error from other salons (and I've had many)  Also, for a $1 charge, each customer gets their own file kit so you don't have to use something that was just used on another customer.
