DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you want a bad nail set and even worse customer service!.  Let me start from the beginning.  I went in to have a full set done for a special once in a life time type of occasion. So I asked for a pink and white set. They told me ANC would be great. I.was going to do acrylic. So I said ok fine lets do it! I was excited! She started to cut my already long nails, I asked before she began, was that going to be ok with the white tips and all. I really didn't want to loose my length. But I trusted the professional when she said it would be fine. So she cut and added the nails. So far so good right? So she goes to do the white tips and its extremely thick as in from the middle of my nail to tip. When I have a French manicure its not supposed to have white on half the nail, its supposed to be the tip. Well she said it will show threw and I will see where my natural nail ends and the tip begins. I said so why did we cut my nails? Ok well what can I do now right. So I said I don't want to do tips that way. She said ok lets do a color. That's not what I wanted but I said ok lets just make it the best we can. I pick a color. Its to light.... Ok so I pick another darker color. I noticed one nail was very wide. It did not match the same finger on my other hand. I pointed it out and she said no no its ok. Ummm ok.... At this point I don't want to be a bother but I do want what I'm paying for. So we continue. Before I even leave the salon one nail starts to look like the top coat is just not setting and looks shattered. They fix it. I leave...  So 1 day later, again with the same nail. I think maybe lotion or something got on it and is why its doing that. So I have it fixed. 7 days later... 2 nails broke. And almost all of them look like the top coat is shattering and chipping off. I call and explain to Emilly the so called manager. I said maybe we should do acrylic or something but after 7 days this should not be happening and that I would really like them fixed. She tells me come in at noon tomorrow. So I do. Here comes the best part. I get there, she says what do you want to do? I said I'm not sure we can talk and see what you think but I just want to get them fixed.  ( she was with another guest). She did not look at them. She has another tech set me up to soak them off. Ok so we do that. She finishes with the other first and begins with me. She said you want to do acrylic? I said if that's what will be best than yes I just want them to last at least 2 weeks. I shouldn't have to do them every week. So we start. She said something about gel, I said no since we Re doing a fix this time, I don't want to take to much of your time so next time when I come in we can do that or talk about it. An realizes I mean like as in I'm not paying for these. ( I made this clear on the phone prior) at this point I'm thinking that she is making good on a shotty service. Well apparently that was not the case and proceeded to tell me she will do it this time but that I'm not allowed to come back because she dosent have time for "difficult". And continued to talk that way. Saying if I had a person come in for a color and didn't like it would I fix it for free? Absolutely!!! Obviously there was not a clear consultation done on my part or I messed something up. I would do everything I can to make them happy. Anyways.... I sat silent and in shock and was mortified. I am most comfortable here.I  hate getting my nails done! I don't want to talk and they seem to know it. The only thing that bothers me is when they talk in their language to each other and I don't understand. This is the only place I go. Read Less

I come to this Nail Salon every 2 weeks and the service is always excellent 5 stars well worth the money! Please make sure you tip the people well who take the time to make you feel and look Fantastic. I'd recommend this salon to my family and friends.Read Less

I had a deluxe pedicure which was unbelievable. So relaxing, and the girl was so friendly and attentive. Also got a full set with gel polish by another very nice girl. They were nice and chatted with me, my nails came out excellent. It was a great experience, customer service is really good and I love my nails. Read Less

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! Most of the nail technicians that are working are not licensed. The licenses on the wall are not displayed correctly. I went to this salon for a gel manicure a few weeks ago and ended up with a fungus. I went back and politely asked for the nail technician to treat it and she told me that it was not a fungus. Her name is Ha Guthrie. Apparently, she doesn't know what a fungus is. I have the pictures to show, if you want to see them, just email me. She called a Walmart manager to have me removed, but I explained myself to the manager and we both approached Ha and asked her politely to put the fungus treatment and she refused. She underestimate me and have no idea who I am. I know that if I was a little old white lady, she would have treated me completely different. I went in to get acrylics and my friend got a regular manicure. The manicure was amazing. But they charged me for 2 acrylics. Not an acrylic and a mani. The lady I had wasn't very nice. And she was very harsh. She yelling to keep my hand still while it was still. And she made nicks in my nail that haven't gone away. She also kept yelling at a child who was playing in the work space while she was doing my nails. He almost ruined them! After I had sat a the dryer for over 45 minutes, I asked a lady if I was good to go. She turned around, hissed no, and went back to playing on her phone. Everyone else is great except those two. I went there to get a full set of acrylic nails done for an event I had coming up. The gentleman sat me quickly but proceeded to read and answer text messages, he then began my nails stopping to text when his phone went off. He was very inattentive and did not try to engage in conversation with the customer. He spoke and joked with other employees making the whole experience uncomfortable. When I asked for a french tip he said okay and then proceeded to make thick white lines when I asked for thin white lines. When I corrected him I received more comments in his language and giggles from surrounding staff. He did not wait for the paint to dry and asked if it was okay that I had white streaks on my nails. It was not and I asked him to fix that. More giggles from surrounding staff. The whole place has gone down in service. Horrible. The whole set and french tip cost me $30.00, not bad but honestly that will be the last $30 I ever spend there. He never checked to see if they were dry after I had him redo the messed up nails. It was a horrible experience I will never again go there. There are much nicer nail salons in surrounding towns. I would rather drive all the way to Delmar where I know the salon will do a nice job then ever give this place my business again. In my opinion they do a okay job. I originally was going to get my nails here, but their customer service is terrible. I was with an Individual who has intellectual disabilities, who also wanted to get her nails done. They took her 1st, they acted as if they did not want to touch her hands, and spoke in their native tongue. Which I believe was very rude and you could see they were obviously conversing about her. It only took them 10 minutes to paint her nails. Although she wanted ANC done, they completely did what they wanted. I have been two several places from Clifton Park to Saratoga Springs and I keep coming back to these girls.  This place is consistently good.  GEL nails are so shiny and perfect.  I have also had regular acrylic her and they weren't too think it to thin.  Pedicures are priced well and they do great designs if you want them. They will also put gel polish on your toes if you want.  Awesome!  My eye brows also are done great. Read Less

Not only did they take forever to get to me (I sat and waited for half an hour), they charged $35 for a French tip style while other places charge $25. This place is just okay for a mani and pedi if you wanna have a nice mani and pedi on the cheap. I mean, don't get me wrong, the quality of work is great, but the ambiance is what you pay for - it's situated inside WalMart. The place receives all customers of all walks of life - high schoolers looking to get a nice mani, ignorant unemployed blondes who gossip on their cell phone to their unemployed girlfriends and yell at the manicurists for screwing up the paint job (true story!) to old retired women just looking to get away from their husbands to single moms who have nothing better to do, but bring their screaming kids to a nail salon to get a mani/pedi. I feel so sorry for the people who work here and deal with the customers...Tip them well. Read Less

Don't let the location fool you (inside Walmart) I have always had great luck at Regal. I would recommend "Dan" he does perfect pink & whites, and if you specify he will make them look very natural, not bulky at all. Only nail place I have been to that is consistent in quality. Read Less
