Long time customer, this place has seen better days. when I first started going here, the staff was friendly and welcoming. the salon is super popular so at peak times expect a wait even with an appointment. Now they rush you out and skim on service. they dont use clean tools between customers unless you remind them, gross. used to get a big welcome from owners, now its like Sam et all have forgotten their first customers.the last few times i have gone, its been a disappointment. rough treatment, anc under my nails. Kept thinking it was a one off, but after 3 lackluster services ( anc mani and pedis), I'm taking my business elsewhere. with an appointment expect to wait 15-30 minutes during peak times - weekends and Fridays, before holidays. I went there for the first time over 2 weeks ago. My ANC always chipped everywhere else I went. I had a pedicure and ANC. He took his time and put an extra layer on my ends and they're still excellent. Great extras for the price!! My new nail salon!! Read Less

I walked in around noon on a Wednesday, they immediately greeted me and asked what I needed done.  They immediately sat me down & started working.  A male did my pedicure, he did a very good job and even helped me pick a color. I will definitely return back. Read Less

Horrible! I asked them to do acrylic nails and they didn't fully understand what I wanted and then they told me I had to get them next time and I paid $40 for something I didn't even want. I also went with my friend and they said she couldn't get acrylic because her nails were to big so they painted all her nails with gel nail polish and then put one acrylic tip on one of her nails. I gave them 3 chances...and 3 strikes and they're out! Read Less

This is the best place around for nails. Never a long wait. Very accommodating. I used to go to Deluxe Nails. They were rude and you waited forever. This place is just as nice, staff more friendly, and minimal wait time. They all do a great job too. Read Less

Went to have a "me" day and place was recommended.  Initially was great.  Pedicure was awesome for long spa one.  Nice lighting and appeared clean.  Very friendly at first.  Then the owner left.  Friendliness out the door with him and rush began.  Nails took a long time with guy complaining the entire time.  They do not use individual files and buffers.  When I asked him to he became even more upset.  He cut my cuticles multiple times and completely ignored my "ouch" several times.  Would only recommend this place if you call ahead and make sure owner is staying on premises.  My nails feel rough so I'll update if they don't last. I've never written a review before and dont say this lightly. Horrible! I went for a simple pedicure, a luxury I don't treat myself to often. They started with scalding water and barely turned on cold water when I asked. Ripped off my cuticles and made me bleed. Was way too rough with the buffer for your feet and cut me again. It was not relaxing at all. I felt it was way too rough and rushed through. I would not recommend VIP to anyone. Read Less

I went in with 45 dollars for an acrylic set and was pressured into buying the anc after i told them i only had 45 dollars that I needed to get the 25 dollar set so I can leave a tip. They were done and got made because I didn't have a tip. I gave them another shot a few months later i asked for natural looking arylic i was once again pressured into the anc and its pink and ugly nothing like the multiple pictures i showed the guy at the front which is the one who did them. He kept saying "same thing much better tho last longer" he got up a few times to do other things in the middle of my session. First time i went i loved it second two times very disappointing. Just got back from my first visit to VIP Nails for a gel manicure ($30), and I have nary a complaint to report! They were polite and efficient - got me in and out on my lunch break. Camille took care of me, and she was great. When she saw the color I had picked (someone else had pulled it for me), she clarified how it looks after it dries and advised me to layer a different polish with it to get the look I wanted (and she was totally right).She also did a great job cleaning up my dry, wintry, hangnail-ridden hands. AND they gave away a free bottle of hand lotion with the manicure (for the holidays, I assume). I'll definitely be going back. Read Less

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! They do a great job. If you don't like what they do, they have no problem fixing what every the problem is. They get really busy and take a long time sometimes but its worth it. The owner is so nice. The little one Tina is fantastic. They do the ANC and its great. They have a better selection than other places that do the ANC. The colours are so bright. Like I said they take their time when doing your nails.  I have been going here only since December and I go every week, every two weeks, My nails grow quick thats why i go more often. My pedicure was great but my manicure was not. I could have painted my own finger nails better. My boyfriend got a pedicure for $25 and my regular mani/pedi was $35. The interior is really nice and air conditioned, the spa chairs are high quality with nice massage backs. The nail tech did a good job of cleaning up my gardeners feet. The pedicure included removal of some callouses, a leg/foot massage, heel oil, and lotion. You could pay an extra $5 for more callous removal.They offer gel as well. A gel manicure was $30. They have special pedicures, lavender, raspberry pomegranate, green tea and a few others.We were walk ins and they took us right away. Read Less
