The quality of service is inconsistant. If you like designs this is not the place to go. I must say Michael is great at the actual structuring of the nail, though. Watch out at time he can be a bit of a potty mouth. As far as eyelashes are concerned, save you money, they will be droping out by the next day. The pedicures are amazing. The cool part is the use stone on the basic package. Overall the cost is fair. Unless your doing lash or looking for a nice nail design of course. Choose wisely. Read Less

DONT EVER GO THEIR IVE NEVER HAD WORSE SERVICE FROM A NAIL SALON. I went there for a gel fill, first of all when you ask for gel they let you pick a gel polish but put acrylic on your nails so your paying a gel price(35) just for acrylic(25). Second of all when I went to get a fill I got the Asian lady who has tattoos I can guarantee you that she did not speak English, I told her to cut down my nails but instead she did what she wanted and waited till much later to do so. I had also told her to KEEP MY NAILS SQUARE but instead she stopped and responded like she understood what I was saying but the 2 seconds later cut my left thumb nail into the coffin shape and after she acted as if she didn't do that and all my nails are square but one, when I took my nails out of the UV lamp she yelled from across the room for me to put my hands back. Like am I not allowed to look at MY hands and MY nails I shouldn't have payed her and I certainly did not tip. If you ever choose to go there ask for Michael he did my nails the first time and it was amazing but I will never risk going back there and I will never waste money on a nail salon where they can't comprehend English. I was not pleased. I got a light tan/nude color and the girl only applied two coats. She also did not wipe my hands after she buffed my nails, and never once was I asked to wash them. When I sat down at the drying station I accidentally hit my nail on the table and smudged it. After telling her she only put on one coat on the smudged nail and you can clearly see the smudge through the one coat. Usually my experiences here are better and I found this one unpleasant. I have diabetes so I'm very careful about care of my feet. I know one person who had a couple of toes amputated. I developed an ingrown toenail in my right big foot and someone told me to go to regal nails. I got a gift certificate for Christmas and I went and used it. The relief was amazing. In preparation for a trip I went again. This time it was a disaster!!I told them I was diabetic. The woman made my toe bleed on my left foot and soon after I developed an ingrown toenail where she damaged my toe. She then to a spoon like device to the bottom of one of feet and made it bleed there. Thankfully she didn't do it to the other one. I could barely walk for 3 days. Got some antibiotics from my doctor. Used triple antibiotic cream and peroxide several times a day. I limped for over a month. I called them up about it and they apologized and said come in for a free one next time. I said ok but it would be a while and I was told no problem. I figured they apologized and wanted to make it up to me so I was good. Well then I go there and they said no, half price only. I was off my feet for 3 days, Doctor and in pain for over a month!!!Just bad business especially since I didn't ask for my out of pocket medical expenses (no insurance) or loss of work. Overall, they do an awesome job. I recently went to have my ANC nail filled in, but the lady who did my nail soaked my nails ways too long and they began to chip so she offered me a new set free of charge. I wanted them black matted and they came all right, she told me they were fully dried i went to grab my credit card to pay and NOPE they were not so i sat again to have them redone. Read Less

I had my nails done here and they gave me clumps of acrylic topped with several coats of gel polish. It was recommended to me that I get tips to extend the free edge of the nail. Well the technician completely filed the so called tips down to the same length my natural nails were. I had already payed $35 for this and informed the technician that I was not happy with her work. I was told that I needed to pay $10 to have it removed. Which would mean I need to pay $45 to leave worst than I came in. The next day I contacted the "manager" who was very rude in telling me that I wanted them short. Completely ignoring the fact that my nails are giant clumps short or long they are heavy and in my way. Ive been robbed. Dont do it to yourself.Read Less

I WILL NEVER USE THIS SALON AGAIN! I felt insulted! The tech openly criticised my request, and though I see them do it for everyone Elder, the staff doesn't take the time to lotion my hands like other customers. It's not worth the money! They make it blatantly obvious they are talking about you and that is just RUDE. My nails look ridiculous and obviously fake! They don't thin them or shape them worth a damn and if that wasn't enough, the guy I had TIPPED HIMSELF on MY credit card in ADDITION to the cash tip I gave that he didn't even really deserve! BULL! You don't get tips by telling people their requested designs are ugly or make your hands look "fatter". I was not impressed, AT ALL. This was my first time visiting this salon. I don't live in the area, I'm from NYC.  Was visiting a friend who suggested we go for Mani/Pedi.Very friendly staff made me feel comfortable right away. Pedicure included an incredible massage with a gel- like scrub, hot stones and hot towels.  However, I noticed that other pedicure patrons had their feet "shaved" with the callous shaver yet mine were merely scrubbed with pumice stone. Not exactly a deal breaker, but I felt a little cheated.Unfortunately I don't have many positive comments about the manicure. It felt rushed. Quick filing, barely a soak, some cuticle pushing and nipping and slap on the polish. I could have done that myself.Then I got sticker shock! Being from the city and surrounded by nail salons competing for business, I have never paid more than $18-20 for a manicure/ pedicure combo. Imagine my surprise when I learned that this one was $35!!I swallowed hard, coughed up the money plus tip and walked out of there angry at myself for not asking price beforehand.To make matters worse, the manicure lasted exactly 2 days before the polish on my left hand chipped off. So much so that I had to remove it. The toes still look pretty good though, despite the rough heels that should have been taken care of.I feel terrible about this less than positive review because the staff was genuinely nice. I was terribly disappointed with my full set. I have had them on and off for years. At first I felt talked down to when I requested changes. I like rounded edges and he questioned this a few times as if I could not possibly want that. I insisted and he finally did it, barely. I asked for thin nails, more natural looking, I got globs on my nails. All the nails have air bubbles. He flew thru so fast I felt like my service just didn't matter. I got a French manicure and asked for a flower adornment and was told I should have asked before the tips were put on, then I spied the already designed tips. I did not want the tips colored just a cute flower on two nails (one each hand). He just snickered and told me that was ugly. Funny I a often had this done before. Within one week it was already separating from my nails and the huge thickness made the grow out glaringly obvious. I will never go back. I did go down the street to Perfect Nails and the woman took her time  and thinned them significantly, she rounded them for me AND put a pretty flower design on one nail each hand. She was also the gentlest nail tech I have EVER gone to. I will always go back to her and I will never go near Regal again. Read Less

for a walmart nail place this is most certainly 5 stars. kenz and i have been coming here for many years. it started out as convenient for shopping at the wall of marts.they always are very friendly, remember us from the very first time we came back when kenz was around 9.  i have a dislocated toe from some stupid fight with my bro when i was young (running thru the house screaming at the top of my lungs and turning to shoot him back with the squirtgun and slamming my left foot into the wall. DAMN!!!)anyway, it is sometimes hard to explain how to be careful to someone whose second language (or 3rd) is english. i do not mean this in any way to be derogatory but try to explain the above story.  usually i have to explain by jerking my foot away as i feel like passing out. (i know, tmi) in any case, they are always careful but this last time i had a young man that i never had before. his name is Juni. i will only ever have him touch my feet again. for $25 he massaged my feet and legs to the point of mint jelly (the yummiest) and then used hot stones, and then even better put hot wet towels on them and gave even more attention to each.and to top it off he was so very delicate with my sad little toe. i had no even momentary twinges of worry. my feet are now super happy and the little piggies are saying 'wee wee wee all the way home.'go here. but not when i am there as Juni will be all mine.
