Worst customer service ever!!! The 2 women in the salon were both on their phones the whole time talking to someone else and didnt speak to me at all the whole time. I just left there for a gel repair as I only had them on for 3 days and for some reason it wasn't sticking to my nails and ended up losing 4 of them. So I called and the receptionist informed me to come in today to get my repair done. I ended up just upgrading to the "dip" manicure to assure they'd stay on this time and my tech's name was Johnny. HE WAS AMAZEBALLZ! Amazing customer services as they only charged me 7$ for the difference. So of course I left him a nice tip! Gre...at conversation! I was so proud of myself for walking out of this salon. Rude, unsmiling people I can handle but filthy foot basins areca non-starter. The lady seemed to think water with old toe clippings and floaters was acceptable. Not me, I left and went to iNails, just down the road. Kim did a marvelous job and I highly recommend him. Terrible customer service. I tried this salon a few months ago and had the worst nail tech ever. Do not know why her attitude was so terrible. Recently, I tried to give them another chance. As soon as I walked in, this guy was just staring at me. I tried to ignore him and not have a negative reaction to his pettiness. I just walked out before I had to cause a scene. Yesterday my daughter turned 10 and I took her to get a manicure. The girls who did our nails were awesome! They made my daughters day by giving her beautiful, pink, sparkly nails I've been visiting this nail salon for 4 years now and have NEVER had a bad experience. I have been here twice now. First time I spent over three hours. The "manager" kept saying I would be next and continued taking people even though I had an appointment. She blamed it on a partner that did not show up for work. Second time I had an appointment at 12 pm and I got a pedicure then waited 30 minutes until I finally asked and was told "what appointment?" She had me in the book and continued to work on another girl, not trying to rectify or apologize for the mistake on her behalf. I will never ever revisit this salon again under any circumstance. I visited Essential yesterday for the first time. I found this salon online to have SNS nails applied. After reading the reviews I decided to give them a try. My manicurist was Ann. My experience was phenomenal. From the moment I walked in until my services were complete. Everyone treated me as if I was their only client even though there was not an empty salon chair. I called 5 days before the day I went to Viva and made an appointment at 10am (when they opened) for my friend (a bride) and 4 of us bridesmaids. When we walked in at 9:59, there was 1 pedicure in progress and 3 others waiting in massage chairs for their pedicures. In addition, there were 4 people sitting in manicure chairs.Needless to say, we had to wait very long for all of us to get done, even though we had made an appointment. They accepted walk ins much earlier than their posted opening time, 10 am. I just left here, I was very pleased with my nails but my toes I'm HIGHLY upset about. My pedi was very rushed, the polish does not even match my nails like I requested and the bottom of my feet look horrible! I don't know if I'll be back. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place. Winnie is wonderful. I'm always very pleased after my manicure and pedicure.
