I went in on Christmas Eve for a basic manicure and pedicure by myself and was really pleasantly surprised by how soon I was able to be seen. I did the dream pedicure- $35 and it worth it! Angela was firm but gentle with my toe nails and finger nails (I just messed up my own manicure later that day which is why I didn't include the pic but it was totally my own fault). The picture of my toes are from two days later and you can see how neat she was with my little tiny nails. When my nails were drying, they were taking a little longer than usual and Angela came over and sprayed my nails with the quick dry spray which I totally appreciated. The only downside was Jenny (she was helping another guest) kept getting pulled away because no one else was trained on giving out gift certificates. One of the older male staff was walking around not helping any guests but Jenny had to keep getting pulled away from her guest...was a little unprofessional of the guy. Had the worst experience today! My daughter had a gift certificate for a child's pedicure (she's 10) The lady she had started yelling at me saying the $18 gift certificate was not enough and that I needed to pay $6 more. After arguing with her and her continuing to yell at me in front of clients she starts saying things in another language. After finishing and paying for my bill I walked up to the lady, handed her the $6 and walked out the door! I will never return to inails! This place was my first time going i just got my nails done for the first time 8/4/17 there rude and made my nails so thin the next day there falling off with no problem. Never again will i go there not to mention charged me 50 for a French manicure. Read Less

So this is my second time coming to this spot. I'm in town for the weekend and needed a quick mani/pedi. The salon is spacious. Very quiet, not like my neighborhood salon in Queens. I was greeted right away and told to pick my polish. Decent selection of colors (OPI, Essie, Color Club etc) somewhat limited in their Gel selection though.Tony was my technician. He was quite rough but I didn't mind. My feet looked like I was living under a bridge for the past year. Tony tried to upsell me on the "spa" pedicure which we all know is bs. I can scrub my calves at home with some seasalts for free ninety nine thank you very much!A regular pedi is 25 bucks. Pretty expensive. Way more expensive than my hood but I get it. Supply and demand. To remove the calluses they charge and extra 7 dollars  all in all they did a pretty spectacular job. Good prices, but my pedicure paint job never seem to last very long. The French manicure I got was cracking within a day. The spa pedicure I got was awesome and very relaxing. I'll go again, but if I'm getting a pedicure for a specific reason, I wait until the last minute. Maybe it depends on the brand of polish - OPI seems to last the longest. Read Less

Me and both my sisters went yesterday 1/27/17 and I am very disappointed. We all got manicures and both my sisters were sat down first and yet somehow I was the first done. The guy that did my nails filed my nails so quickly my nails are still rough. Same went with the painting, he did it so quick and thin that when I was "done" and I was sent to the dryer there were thin patches in my nail polish. Meanwhile my sisters are still getting there nails done they are asked if they wanted a shoulder massage and the guy I had was quickly on to his next customer but took his time on her. I paid $12 for the manicure and $5 for tip that he didn't deserve because today I have not done anything different than when my nails are painted and yet some of my nails are already chipped. This is the last time I go there, everyone else was treated better and had better nails, I could have done a better job on my nails for the price of $12. Read Less

I was very disappointed when I went in there to treat my mother and I to an eyebrow waxing. Waxing job was alright for me but my brows were a bit too far apart for my liking. My mom who isn't known to have sensitive skin experienced a lot of pain and burning for hours after she got them done. The worst part of the experience was when I went to pay it cost a total of 16$ so I handed her a 20$ and instead of giving me my change (which keep in mind I had planned on giving it to her anyways for a tip) she pockets it herself and collects it as her own tip without me even offering it to me. Asked for a pedicure ($18) and they upped me to a "dream" pedicure for $40 without asking. If your tip is not over $10 they will literally SCREAM at you.  I was with a party and overall we felt rushed and it was all unorganized. I would not go back. Read Less

Moved here from Maryland recently and I've been on the hunt for a new nail salon. I came here about a week ago to get a gel manicure. The color I picked was wrong. I picked a light pink and got a hot pink. They're gel selection wasn't so great. The guy didn't do a very good job and the nail polish started coming off a few days later. Normally with gel it lasts a few weeks. (For me anyways.) They also don't do autoclave their tools. From what I saw. (In Maryland the salons did. So I guess I'm use to that) good thing about this place is the massage I got while waiting for my nails to dry and it's clean. I ABSOLUTELY DISLIKE this salon I've only been there once and will NEVER EVER & I mean NEVER EVER patronise the place & wold NEVER EVER recommend anyone else in the ENTIRE WORLD (YES I said the ENTIRE WORD) to get any type of services from the. They are over priced, rude, unprofessional & UN-AMERICAN!!! I asked a few questions and I've never bn so DISRESPECTED B4 in my life. We end up in a disagreement which was not resolved & they will NOT REFUND you your money under any circumstances. The 1st weak I lost 3 nails on 1 hand then 2 other nails abut 3 days later on the other hand. They do a CRAPPY JOB. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and nails done and they told me 25 minutes. Literally an hour later I was still waiting, and when I asked them how much longer they said another 15 minutes. They served at least 5 other people without appointments that walked in after me.I was so mad because I wanted to look good for prom the next day. I had a really nice pedicure with Juan. In fact I will come here from now on. I am a groomer. I love going into a nail salon with mostly women!  Guys who don't treat themselves to this do not know what they are missing. This place is NOT cheap. Pedis are pricy on the east coast. The prices here, $35, $45, $55!!!  What ? I just paid $18 in San Francisco and your cheapest is $35. Then I had the service. A MAZING. Juan massaged my feet, legs, toes, soles for 10 minutes each leg!!!  This was much needed. Stress has gotten the best of me lately. Know this: iNail is the real deal, but not cheap but worth it!! Very clean place.  They have fans to take away the filing dust, however, they have pretty outdated techniques.  DON"T get the more expensive gel nails IF you do any sort of manual labor including gardening, housework etc.   My gel nails coating cracked and chipped the first few days.  When I went back I was told I "needed a fill."  Right.  I've never needed a fill sooner than 2 weeks.  I decided to give the gel nails another chance and within two days, cracking chipping and the gel coat was definitely compromised.   I listed the prices as "moderate" however if you are going back every three days to get a "fill" then it is uber-expensive!  Going back to Chausie's bulletproof, more modern pink and white that lasts for four weeks! LOL. I don't know if i can trust these reviews. I am living here in this town. I personally had gone to this place, and it is nothing like these reviews not even close. The place does look nice but it ends there. These people CAN'T DO NAILS. There so call 'magic set' is a joke. They say it's not acrylic but which it is. and I know so cause I am a nail tech myself, worked in a hair/nails salon for 15 years before. Anyway back to there 'magic set'. It's just acrylic done different way. I can't believe they still use that technics cause in the nails world had came to conclusion after many trials that it was a bad technic, cause the nails were to easy to break. Bottom line, I know a lot of people in this town who had gone to this place and almost all of them said they won't comeback, and those whose comes back only because they don't have to wait cause the place is quite often empty.As for RubyJuly. I don't know where you have been hun. Cause I just find that totally funny when you said you paid for the same price at Inails as the others around town. You can just stop anyone on the street in town and they will tell you Inails is the most overcharged salon in town. Only because they are newer but definitely not better. I will be fair and say if you only want to get pedi and mani you can go there, but as for artificial nails you MUST STAY AWAY from this place. I went to iNails for the first time yesterday for a pedicure. Usually i go to the other "walk-in" place in town. Not sure what the agenda is of the person who gave it 1 star and a horrible rating. But my experience was the complete opposite. Compared with the other place, iNails is very modern looking and well lit. They had big screen TVs to watch but they were muted and there was soothing classical music playing. The staff was very friendly even though their English was not terrific. The prices are less than the other place but i got the same service. I was so pleased that i got a manicure even though i had not intended to do so. They even have a "loyalty program" where you present a card each time you go and after so many visits get a free manicure. I will definitely go back.again. My experience was top notch. Read Less
