I popped in by chance for a polish after the gym. After not having been here before I wasn’t sure if they would fit in a walk in on a busy Saturday. If you don’t mind being treated like an incompetent patron while trying to have a relaxing experience, then feel free to get your nails done here, but I wouldn’t suggest this salon to anyone I know. First, the man who was supposed to be doing my nails sat me down at a ridiculously filthy nail table. He took out his unclean tools from a dirty plastic box, and proceeded to text on his phone while I was just sitting there next to my friend who was also getting her nails done. Then, when the woman doing my friend’s nails told her to do something that she didn’t understand due to the woman’s accent (which obviously isn’t her fault, I understand having a language barrier), my guy very rudely said, “WASH YOUR HANDS,” and proceeded to roll his eyes like we were foolish to not know what to do. I will not be returning here, and advise others to take there money someplace that prides themselves on making their customers feel welcome, relaxed, and competent. Read Less

Lam was amazing. He picked my color because the one I had originally picked out exactly matched my foot's skin tone. He asked me if I wanted to change it after he noticed how bad the color was. He walked over and got me two darker options and ended up finding something perfect. He also did a gel French manicure for me which turned out beautiful. Passing through the area and decided to get a last minute pedicure. Little to no wait time. Staff was courteous and friendly. Salon is clean. A little bit limited in nail polish choices, but then again this helped me to choose quickly rather than deliberate on which shade of pink I really wanted. Atmosphere is clean and pretty. Never had my nails done before, freaking loved it! The woman who did my nails was super nice and gentle with me. Walked in and only sat for a few minutes before a woman told me to come to her station.  Came out exactly how i asked for them.Will be  back in the future! The girls i went with loved them too! Worst nail experience in my life. It's dirty in there. They find every opportunity to charge extra, even by purposely breaking your nail so they can charge you the 2 dollars to fix it! I was so upset I went home and tried to fix them but they were so terrible looking I just took them off. Careless work. They could've looked nice if she has actually put the right tips on and filed them all one shape instead of a different shape on each nail. I will NEVER come back. The male technician with blonde highlights attempted to do an acrylic fill on my nails. The full was uneven with gaps on the sides. I kept mentioning the imperfections and he would say no that's your skin. That doesn't make any sense. His polish job was hurried and didn't go to the edges and I asked him to re-do several nails. Then the top coat he globbed on the center and only streaked down the middle and again I asked him to go to the edges and he said that was my skin. My nails looked absolutely terrible. He then gave me a pedicure and cleaned my feet but never cleaned up my cuticles. By that time, I was so sick of correcting him that I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. I can't speak for the other technicians but if you happen to get sat down with the older looking male tech, just ask to wait for someone else, or leave. It will be a waste of your time and money. I absolutely love this place! I went in with a picture they took a look for a second and then an hour later I looked like I'd taken the nails straight off of Pinterest! I absolutely love this place. I was worried at first because someone said it was dirty? But that is totally not the case it's a beautiful facility! Make sure you do your own price calculations though because I had my I.D for a student discount and they didn't give me the full 15% off they just sorta guessed what it would be. Read Less

Thong Chu is a gem! I had a bad experience with a woman there but he has definitely redeemed the salon!He did a fantastic job on my full set with white tips. I couldn't ask for anything more!One big reason I liked him a lot is because he wasn't pushy about other services or add ons to jack up the price. He gave me all of the necessary choices but didn't try to shove stuff in my face. Their prices are also reasonable and they do a much better job than the salon in walmart. Read Less

Great hole in the wall nail salon. I walked in, signed in for a manicure, and was immediately seated. The woman doing my nails was kind and gentle and did an excellent job removing my gel nails and reapplying a gel manicure. I am from Texas and I was pleasantly surprised with the service!
