This used to be my favorite place to go for a manicure but I will not go back again.  They have raised their prices which I don't mind if the service warrants the increase... which it DOES NOT!  Lisa was my technician today and she was the rudest person I have ever had.  She needs to get out of the service business because she treated me with utter contempt.  I did not want to give a tip to prove a point but I did tip her 20% and was not even thanked.  What is the problem with these technicians????  This is their job and they can't even say hello or appear pleasant.  She obviously HATES her job and it is evident.  Will not return... This place is very nice on the inside, but the service is lacking. I went for a manicure and pedicure. The receptionist told me to pick a color, so I walked over to the color rack and picked a polish. After I sat down in the pedicure chair and the technician had already started the pedicure, she informed me that the color I picked would be an extra $5. There was no indication that it was more expensive on the rack. I said "ok" because at that point my feet were already wet and I didn't want to get up and pick another one. The pedicure was fine, but the manicure felt really rushed and my technician Lucy was very rough with my hands. When I asked to get my brows done too, she gave me an attitude so I said forget it. She rushed me out of the salon before my nails were fully dry. I'd never go back, which is unfortunate because the spa itself is very nice. Read Less

I went here for a powder manicure and it's by far the worse one I've ever had. Not only did it take longer than it should but it's all bumpy. Not one nail is smooth. It looks like an untrained beauty school student who was trying the procedure for the first time did it. I rather spend the $40 elsewhere and have a decent manicure. Read Less

Horrible! Got SNS for the first time. Technician didn't know how to do it myself. Shaped nails horribly.  While she was doing my nails, owner was watching her and she was sweating. She had no clue. And they charge 40 dollars. Don't go.  Not consistent. Been there several times Read Less

V-spa has changed over the past year. The service has gone down hill and the prices have increased. Everything is al carte now, the back massage is no longer included in the spa pedi and the staff has changed over frequently. The last time I was there the owner kept adding additional fees . Go. To. Tony.This spa is amazing. I got a sea salt spa pedicure for $60 just because I wanted to be pampered and tony did his thing. It included a sea salt scrub, skin masque, hot stone, 30 min foot massage, and 10 min body massage - not including the already amazing massage chair. The spa pedicure also has their own section away from everything else for a true, relaxed, spa experience The whirlpool system is supposedly pipe less which I don't understand the full concept but it's supposedly cleaner. They did put a plastic bag around the tub, which only confirms the cleanliness, but the jets still comes through for the water massage.Tony was very careful and thorough. The 30 min massage took me to bed lol and any little request I made were accommodated. All the tools were freshly opened from their individual plastic wraps. His massage was excellent and I felt like he really cared for my little toesies. I definitely recommend and would return again.Thank you V Spa!!! Read Less

I've been to V Spa three times now - twice for a manicure and once for a pedicure -  and have had great experiences each time. I've never had to wait and the staff has been attentive and quick. You can't beat the $10 mani and $20 pedi price. Also, the free neck and shoulder massage is amazing. Read Less

This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. By far. The people working there clearly did not care if anything was clean, sanitized, or even ready for the next guest. I was appalled at how dirty it was. the basin was not cleaned after the person before me, the chair was wet, and the tools were not for individual use. I was straight up horrified. Discrimination & Horrible!!- Do not go!My sister in law & I went here for pedicures and I am pregnant so I asked if I could re-clean the foot basin. I am a nurse and know how many fungi and bacteria live in the drains and on the silver part inside of these basins. Therefore I just wanted to make sure that area was clean. I was polite and nice about it. However, when my sister in law and I sat down the manager- Michelle stopped the woman from starting my sister in law's toes and told us to leave. My mouth dropped open. We asked to speak to the owner- who's name is Heather & the manager told us, "No, you talk to me & I spoke with Owner who does not want you here." I was in shock. I've been a nurse for many years and after many long shifts on my feet pregnant all I wanted was a pedicure in a basin cleaned to my pregnancy expectations. I am a kind person and was treated like garbage at this salon. They made my sister in law and I, who had her baby with her leave out the backdoor. I could have made a scene but did not. Just beware, this manager Michelle and owner- Heather are nasty disgusting people who do not deserve the business of anyone. I should call the Department of Health on them and call Immigration to fish out the illegals in this business. Please do not support this salon. They do not deserve any business whatsoever & I hope they go out of business for treating me and my sister in law so terribly.We went to Nail Boutique instead down the street and Yumi was so so sweet and was fine with me cleaning the drain and silver part in the basin. OH MY LORD this was THE worst experience ive ever had getting my nails done.  first of all I got a gel manicure that completely PEELED OFF within 3 days.. how does that even happen? not to mention it was translusent right off the bat and you could still see my nail under the color.  While I was getting my nails done I heard some woman ask for a mani pedi and the girl at the front with the short hair simply said "no". the woman was so thrown off by the rudeness she left.  THEN they exepted about 5 other woman and said yes to all of them politely, making me wonder what was wrong with this one woman. THENNN i look over at my best friend whos usually a baby at getting her nails done and shes bright red with pain. i looked at her finger THE WOMAN FILED HER NAIL DOWN TO THE SKIN AND WAS NOW FILING HER SKIN OFF! i said oh my god your bleeding and the girl looked at my friend, LAUGHED, and said oh yea- skin. hehehe. didnt apologize or anything.  This place was SO RUDE so unprofessional, biased, and obviously had no idea what they were doing!.. I'm livid and should get a full refund for a 30 dollar color that came off in days.. needless to say I'm spreading the word about this horror show! Read Less
