I'd give a lower rating if it were possible. Scammers is what they are. I went her with my wife, the woman didn't speak a blasting word of English, did things without asking, didn't end up doing what my wife wanted, and jacked up the price twice. I don't know how anyone can give this place 5 stars. I called the day before to schedule an appt. I went in on a Saturday at 7pm. To remove my gel and get a new set. First of all the place is disgusting. Walls, tables and the floors are filthy. When I sat down she confirmed my service. She sat a dirty bowl of acetone in front of me. As i took off my coat she brought over 5 containers of Gel Powder, not much of a selection, and very hard to visualize the colors I might add. Gel powder looks nothing like it does in the jar once it's on the nail. So I opted to get a regular manicure after thy soaked off the gel. I asked if they did the foil method to remove the gel. She said no but I could get a pedi while the gel was soaking off. When I declined the pedi she insisted I get a pedicure because that's how they do it there. Immediately I started to put my coat back on and once again declined the pedicure. I felt pressured to have a pedi after I said no twice. I left that place without any intention to return. After going to multiple other salons in the area over the years and having my eyebrows butchered, i came here and met May & Tiffany. On my first visit getting them done here they explained to me that my eyebrows were the incorrect shape for my face. They showed me where the hair on my eyebrows needed to grow back in and how they would shape them so that the area would have a chance to do so. At that point I knew that this would be where i continued to come to get my eyebrows done. Maybe on my second or third visit I decided to get a new acrylic set on my nails. Tiffany applied the full set to my nails. She took her time and perfected the shape of my nails and they came out awesome! I also brought my mother in to the salon for waxing after she had a bad skin reaction at another salon in the area. I explained to Tiffany and May that her face was red with irritation after getting her eyebrows done. They told me to bring her in and they would use a wax for sensitive skin and thread the remaining hairs where the wax didn't cover. My mom went in and got her waxing done and had no signs of irritation. She was very happy with the results and vowed to continue going there as well.I've been going to this salon for about 3-4 years now and my nails are excellent condition. I actually removed my last acrylic set about 2 weeks ago and there was a little damage as expected but since then they have continued to grown in fine. I am planning on getting the gel manicure instead  of the acrylic for the summer. But on an even better note my eyebrows look FANTASTIC!! I recommend the salon to any and everybody. They have taken good care of me since day one.Best time to go would be during the week after working hours or during the day. Call in on the weekends to see if they're busy because they usually are.
