I have never had a problem here until now, I made an appointment which they did stuck to unlike most places and the staff were very friendly. I had called ahead earlier that day to make sure they could do ombré French tips which they confirmed they could. I asked for coffin nails and one hand is completely different than the other, one is pointy and one is coffin like they are supposed to be. When she proceeded to paint them they were not turning out how they were supposed to and look nothing like what I asked for. They are blotchy and my nails have lots of bubbles in them. This was not worth the $50 I paid and I am sad to be writing this type of review.

I went in with my now ex girlfriend to get both of our nails done. Acrylic. The lady who did them was very stuck up and she ended up tearing my cuticle. As she was placing the tips I noticed a few weren't quite straight and told her multiple times and she ignored me completely. At the end my ex ended up taking hers off when we got home because they looked horrible and weren't straight and I clipped mine as far down as possible then ended up soaking them off the day after. They'd weren't straight, the polish job sucked, the tips didn't even fit my nail properly, I had exposed nail on either side, and it was an all around crappy experience that was not worth the money I paid. Haven't gone back since and don't plan on ever going back.

This once-hidden gem is a breath of fresh air in the often over-saturated nail salon marketplace. Appointments are not necessary but if you are in a hurry, highly recommend. The service is quick once you are in a chair, but as this salon grows in popularity, walk-ins can expect to wait at least 30 minutes for service. It's well worth the wait. As I said, service is quick and meticulous once you in the chair. The staff is super-friendly and it only takes a few visits for them to recognize you by name as well as recall other details you've shared during your visit such as children's names, significant other, occupation, etc. All of this awesomeness in a clean, well kept environment with prices $5 to $10 less than others in the area-so put your savings in your tip-you'll be remembered!

Went in for pedicure. Told to return in 45 minutes. Asked if I left would I lost my place in line. Girl said no. Returned in half an hour. 4 people signed in after I returned and were seated in pedicure stations before me. When I questioned this I was told they would "get to me on about half an hour and I should have made an appointment". Asked 2 of the other customers if they had appoinents. They said no- walk ins. I will not be going back.

I have never had a problem here until now, I made an appointment which they did stuck to unlike most places and the staff were very friendly. I had called ahead earlier that day to make sure they could do ombré French tips which they confirmed they could. I asked for coffin nails and one hand is completely different than the other, one is pointy and one is coffin like they are supposed to be. When she proceeded to paint them they were not turning out how they were supposed to and look nothing like what I asked for. They are blotchy and my nails have lots of bubbles in them. This was not worth the $50 I paid and I am sad to be writing this type of review.

I went in with my now ex girlfriend to get both of our nails done. Acrylic. The lady who did them was very stuck up and she ended up tearing my cuticle. As she was placing the tips I noticed a few weren't quite straight and told her multiple times and she ignored me completely. At the end my ex ended up taking hers off when we got home because they looked horrible and weren't straight and I clipped mine as far down as possible then ended up soaking them off the day after. They'd weren't straight, the polish job sucked, the tips didn't even fit my nail properly, I had exposed nail on either side, and it was an all around crappy experience that was not worth the money I paid. Haven't gone back since and don't plan on ever going back.

This once-hidden gem is a breath of fresh air in the often over-saturated nail salon marketplace. Appointments are not necessary but if you are in a hurry, highly recommend. The service is quick once you are in a chair, but as this salon grows in popularity, walk-ins can expect to wait at least 30 minutes for service. It's well worth the wait. As I said, service is quick and meticulous once you in the chair. The staff is super-friendly and it only takes a few visits for them to recognize you by name as well as recall other details you've shared during your visit such as children's names, significant other, occupation, etc. All of this awesomeness in a clean, well kept environment with prices $5 to $10 less than others in the area-so put your savings in your tip-you'll be remembered!
