I am a 15 year old girl. To make a long story short I had $90 worth of service done and then I only had two dollars left for a tip I feel shy to leave two dollars figured it was too little to leave for a tip when I mentioned it to Julie that I had only two dollars left she demanded the tip I told her I will return with a tip, she demanded the last $2 I had. She took it from me sending me out of the store with no money. Julie is what she said her name was. They should realize the kids are not adults and they cannot take or demand any tip that’s what my dad said I will never go back there and don’t recommend anyone else to do your research before going to place also unfortunately the polish that they applied only lasted for two days . Got a free paraffin treatment and a neck and shoulder massage!! It's part of their winter promo with any service. I went with my sister and we both got the Mani Pedi package for $28 which is a very good deal. My technician was Jasmin who was great. I thought she did a great job with my pedi and really took her time. The Mani was ok but then she made up for it with a great neck and shoulder massage. Overall had a great experience. The salon is very clean and conveniently located next to a bus stop. And I thought the staff was very friendly. The manager greeted us as soon as we came in and checked in on us twice. Horrible manicure. The tech didnt soak my nails. She attempted to give a manicure with dry brittle cuticles. No soak or cuticle remover or oil. The worst part was, I also watched as none of the equipment was cleaned. Well unless you consider a spray of rubbing alcohol as a cleaning solution. 25$ for a gel manicure that lasted 2 days. So this was my second time getting my nails done at this salon. I've been looking for a place to get my nails done locally for a while now. I called prior to arriving, about 30 minutes after opening. Only 2 other customers were there  getting their nails done. I noticed the guy who did my nails the last time was going to do my nails this time and I wasn't excited about it. I felt rushed last time, and he kept getting upset because my hands weren't 'loose' enough, so instead of having a relaxing day, getting a mani + pedi... I found myself stressed out. This time was even worse. I'm convinced this salon has zero care for customer service and I'm convinced they're unsure of the manicure process. The establishment seems nice but it's really not for me. I don't want to pay 20+ dollars for a manicure to explain how to give a manicure. That's why I came! To treat myself or trust me, I would have just done it at home myself. About the actual experience:I explained how he applied the acrylic last time and then cut my cuticles and commented how that was backwards. I asked if he could please manicure my nails ( clip, cut my cuticles) before applied the acrylic and he goes " I can't, it won't work"  I then continued to to breakdown the manicure process ( because I know how to give a manicure ) and he started SUCKING HIS TEETH and huffing and puffing. I honestly just wanted a nice manicure, and can't I find a good salon in queens! Anyway! He continued and did it the way I asked, all while slapping my pinky's down and rolling his eyes. I can't help my pinky's have a mind of their own and always want to stick out ‍. After he was done he ran to the back with literally ALL of the employees and when he came back our didn't say a word to me. It was honestly the worst salon experience I've ever had and I never thought I'd say that compared to breezy nails. I guess I'll have to venture out into the city. BTW:I noticed the guys here go by American names but when I was done I walked over to the wall to write a review on the guy who gave me a manicure. The names they told people didn't match. I came here because it was close to my house however find them to be over priced. I got a fill in with gel and paid $65. They fixed my nail and it's all crooked and the guy was just rushing and didn't care. Definitely not worth the amount charged. Read Less

Went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. First off, the girl who greeted me was super rude. Trying to rush me to a pedicure chair mind you it's empty as hell. Would it kill you to give me a minute to let me choose my colors?? Girl who did my pedicure was great. However, The lady who did my gel manicure was awful. She looked like she was constantly falling asleep on me, constantly left gel polish on my skin before putting me under the uv light which if you do, hurts like hell. I repeatedly said ow, that's hurts,and she just stared at me blank faced and said put under light. Not only that, instead of paying attention to what she's supposed to be doing, she's having a side conversation with one of the girls, not even looking at my nails. Wtf? I went on Monday, it's now Thursday morning and my gel manicure is already chipping off. Not surprised considering how much this woman was not paying attention. Definitely not coming back here. I like coming here and I always refill my nails every 2-3 weeks. Technician Alex is so nice. He will introduce new designs clearly and ask for your personal preferences. I'm from San Francisco and travel to New York and found this place on yelp. Their pictures which attracted to me the most and I decided to give a try. The place doesn't looks fresh and clean for me, their pedicure is $20 and for gel manicure is 25? Ok, let's talk about the pedicure! The lady get her clipper and tools from no where and the file is been used. The foot scrub is disgusting and used! The polish looks nice but when you checked, the polish not paint it full nails! Worst experience ever had! The gel manicure charge me $45 with two fingers design, they never use cuticles softener before cutting your cuticles which pushed so roughly and cut some cuticles. The Polish couldn't push all the way to the top and not Smooth when it's done. The design looks ok but except the one is not DRY!!!!!!!!!! No it's peeling off!!!!! So disappointed. I was definitely drawn to this location due to the aesthetically pleasing environment and the large variety of colors to choose from. But it's true to never judge a book by its cover because I had a terrible experience here. First thing that irked me was They didn't bother cleaning up the table or letting me rinse my hands (even throughout the entire thing) after filing my nails so my hands were resting on all the filings and left my hands feeling powdery. Second, while the woman was cutting/cleaning my cuticles she literally cut me where I was continuously bleeding and said nothing to me. No apology. She just wiped the blood off and put a little pressure and moved on. While she was putting on the nail polish I flinched because my cut was still stinging (OBVIOUSLY). I asked her for a cotton pad to apply more pressure to my (still) bleeding cut. Third, I wanted an off white almost nude shade. Yes I know they can be quite sheer, but with additional coats it becomes opaque. She didn't even ask me if I wanted extra coats so it turned out being super sheer almost like a clear polish. And there were air bubbles. My nails looked terrible and my cut hurt for a week. NEVER COMING BACK. Read Less

I made an appt on Sunday for 5:45. I came in and was immediately seated at the table. Max was the one who did my nails. He is the best nail technician I've ever encountered. I'm very picky with my designs and colors. He was super super super patient with me and did not rush me once. They close at 7:30pm but he didn't finish with me until 8:15pm. When he felt that his design wasn't up to par, he redid it even though it was past closing. I felt so bad . Def gave him a generous tip for being so patient . He even told me he had dinner plans with his wife and one of his coworkers frank. Frank also sat there patiently waiting without making me feel rushed. He took his time explaining to me which design looked better on which finger. He def deserves some praise from his manager or boss. I will def be back there even though their prices are a bit more than other places but his precision and patience was amazing. I will def be back again. Read Less
