the first time i came here the service was Great. they were all super friendly. they have a movie on in the background which i thought was pretty cool..letting you enjoy some entertainment while waiting. i also was done by one worker [a man] and i thought his work was amazing but then another worker grabs my hands and fixed a minor issue that i dont even see ...some OCD going on in there ha ha but i will def take that. i was so so pleased with how they are here. i will def be going back to keep giving them my service. fairly priced as well. you can tell they want their customers leaving happy with their service Read Less

I am always satisfied with how my nails turn out. I typically get the gel nails. They last a long time. Yes, it is a wait to get your nails done however, they do a good job, they're thorough plus it is my choice to go and I plan my nail day accordingly so I do not feel pressed for time. I would NEVER voluntarily patronize this business. My friend was having nails done here for her wedding. Right off, I couldn't find the door. There is one on either side and neither has signage for the nail salon. This is not a big deal and was not counted in the rating, but a quirk worth mentioning. The door is to the right in case anyone wants to know. In the entryway before you even open the inner door you are BOWLED OVER by odor. Major red flag. Once inside the establishment it is ten times worse. I literally had trouble breathing and had a nauseated headache. I had to step outside several times. Walking back in each time made me GAG.I arrived 20 minutes after my friend and was surprised to see her still sitting in the waiting area. I asked what time her appointment was for and she said they don't take appointments! Walk in only... Friday night and a line out the door... No exaggeration she was not seated for ONE HOUR AND THIRTY-FIVE MINUTES. Time is money and this is not acceptable. They have you in a bind though because of being one of very few nail salons and one with lower prices.I'm sorry but no bargain is good enough for me to risk my health by sitting in that chemical cloud for hours on end. Mine are the purple, the lady who did my nails was rushed to paint my mothers and niece. She didn't do a very good job I feel like this is the sloppiest paint job I've ever had. My sister in the pink, a guy did her nails she only did a color change as well he did a good job Read Less

They were literally so terrible. The wait was over an hour and when the man found that I just wanted something non-time consuming (polish change, fingers and toes) he basically went as fast as he could. Th charge was $15 and I left a tip not yet knowing how bad the job was. Even though I dried under the lights for 25 minutes, when I got home my toenail polish smudged off and a few of my nails were ruined. If the work was done carefully at all, it would not have been layered so thick and would have easily dried completely within 10-15 minutes. Now I'm stuck between wearing ugly nails to my graduation tomorrow or going and paying them to have it fixed because other salons may not have that same color.And one last thing--their ventilation is considerably worse than any nail salon I've ever been in.
