Absolutely obsessed with this nail salon. I have been coming here for 3 years. Carina is the upper management personage in this business, she is extremely friendly, kind & highly professional. She keep a great staff & watches her employees vert closely when working on a client. I have never had a bad experience here. I have recommended this nail salon to a minimum of 20 people, due to them LOVING my nails and toes and they were all extremely satisfied with their mani's and pedi's as well. I personally love Richard and Kelly. Richard did my UV Gel Nails(fillin) and Kelly does my UV Gel Pedicure. Sadly Richard did leave the business but that will not stop me from coming here. Been coming here for 5 plus years I get pink and white Acrylic tips and fill in.  Kim is wonderful takes her time and always does a fantastic job she even does great designs. I was on vacation and my sister took me to Johnny's. Loved Ivy, she was sweet, fast and accurate and you can't beat the price. I never thought it would be cheaper in NY to get your nails done than in CA. Will definitely continue to get my nails done here every time I'm in town. Read Less

I brought my girlfriend here and i have to say this is one of the trashiest and disgusting nail salons that i have been to. The workers are extremely impatient and rude and they even asked for a tip after! This place was a complete let down, I went in with my Girlfriend to get manicures and pedicures for a relaxing and nice day but came out only upset and disappointed. All the nail technicians clearly did not want to be there or care about their jobs. The boss was all over the place yelling at her technicians very condescendingly. Been coming here for over 5 years and never did I have a problem with walking in without an appointment. The week that I leave for vacation I can't do my nails because I don't have an appointment. Love it! Despite the parking, the nail techs all ask if your meter need to be refilled while doing your nails. It shows theyre attentive haha. I usually go to Annie, she is my go to for a new set and fill ins. She takes her time and is friendly. I really like how they have movies playing, they have a huge gel color selection i almost never know what to pick! This place is a hidden gem. I am so glad my friend recommended me this nail salon, their prices are so reasonable and their customer service is OUTSTANDING. When I didn't have a chance to make an appointment they always took me right away, I've never waited so far & they do an excellent job.. Beautiful and fast job. I was a walk in at 12:00 and they took me within 20 minutes. This is the Friday before Easter so I was pleasantly surprised! The salon is clean and Ping (?) did my nails wonderfully and with a smile. $35 for a new full acrylic set with gel, $5 tip. Read Less

This is my i need a 30 min mani pedi and im rushing so much idc what it looks like spot. Thats all it is. I Love my girl Kim!  She is always on point, I always get compliments on my nails and people always ask where I get them done.Tip: Make an appoitment! I make my appointment days in advance as Kim always books quickly.  I never just walk in, I'm always taken on my scheduled time.Kim takes her time and does an excellent job.  Shape, length, and color to your specification she dosen't try to tell you what she thinks you need.  She is quite so don't expect to get your ear talked off, she is professional and keeps all side conversations short and low.As a whole the place is clean.  When they are busy it does seem to look over crowded and disorganized but I attribute that to the size of the shop, it's small for all the business they have expansion is needed.  Management does make upgrade frequently being the pedicure spa, pedicure chairs and decor.  There are two big screen T.V.'S streaming movies.  Some are poor choices but people seem to enjoy it.  I usually pop in my earphones and tune it out. I've heard nothing but good things about Johnny's so I gave it a try numerous times. Firstly, the owner (I believe her name is Karina) is extremely rude to her nail technicians. She will talk down on them and treat them so poorly right in front of all the customers and it's just flat out sad. I went to Johnny's nails for the first time last night. My experience was not a good one. First I received my pedicure. Aside from being distracted while talking to her coworkers, the lady doing my nails seemed to rush my pedicure. I was done in about 10 minutes. She didn't ask me if I wanted to file or cut, so she took it upon herself to cut my nails. I didn't want that and now my toenails look too short. She kept getting up in the middle of my pedicure to go over and talk to someone which aggravated me a little. Next, was my manicure. I was doing UV gel. Like with my pedicure she didn't ask me whether I wanted a cut or file. She cut them significantly which I didn't want at all! I heard the lady who was working on her client next to me ask what shape the girl wanted along with whether she wanted a cut or file so I guess it was just my lady that took matters into her own hands. She didn't push back my cuticles correctly and a few were left hanging. Now for the color. The job done was absolutely terrible. The color is blotchy and inconsistent. There are corners of my nails that were left without color and overall it just looks horrible. I'm very disappointed and most likely won't be returning (at least to that specific lady). The staff was very nice and the complimentary holiday gift that was given was very nice and well appreciated. I just wish the lady doing my nails was more interested in how I wanted my nails to look as well as the quality of the job done. She seemed a little careless with her work. Read Less

I see nick for my nails and he always gives me exactly what I want and my nails are perfectly shaped and even every single time. I go to Kelly for my pedicure she's takes her time and gives a great massage and her pedicures last SO LONG. Highly recommend this place and my people. Read Less

Hidden gem! The name on the awning didn't say Johnny's so that threw me off, but I decided to go inside anyways. I needed a fill and waited only 10 minutes to be seen. i've been coming here for 10+ years and its my go to place for .. anything. i always have lily for my pedi's and shes super sweet and attentive to detail which i love. this place is always very busy so i do recommend making an appointment but i usually walk in and dont mind the wait its not too long. the prices here are decent and they're always doing some kind of renovations to upgrade the place. the seats are comfy and theres always some kind of movie on for you to watch tv. i go get acrylic tips as well and normally anyone will do. they're all pretty awesome. One star isn't even worth to give to this sad, pathetic excuse of a nail salon. Starting with the so-called "boss/owner/manager" continuously cursed, yelled, and acted like a complete and utter fool the entire time I had to miserably be there, all the way up to the fraudulent way they show that they sterilize their instruments by putting them in medical sterilization pouches. Not only did the owner gossip with her clients, but everyone had to hear it. The employee I got had the biggest attitude I have ever seen in a person who clearly hated her job, and she made no effort to NOT show it. I work am a student in dental hygiene and I work in a dental office that uses the same pouches that they had their nail clippers, cuticle cutters and pushers in. Except they were not sterilized. You can tell because there are indicator dots that turn black that show you when you take it out of the autoclave (sterilization machine) that it is sterile. They just put it in these bags to make their clients think that they are cleaned and prepared especially for each client. I was unsure of what color I wanted for my manicure because for my job, it's inappropriate to have bright and dark colors, so I wanted a simple nude color that barely showed. When I said to only put it on one finger she got annoyed and threw across the manicure bottle as if I was making such an inconvenience. Little did I know, this lady didn't even know English so with an attitude she kept raising her voice at me saying "what?? What??" And I had to settle with a color I wasn't even satisfied with. The nerve of these people were unreal. Not only do they make you have the worst experience when you are there, but they are also expecting you to be an idiot to fall for their lying ways. I have never been so disappointed and uncomfortable in a place that is meant for you to feel relaxed and pretty when you get out. This was one of the biggest waste of $20 on a manicure/pedicure I have experienced by far. Read Less
