Yelpers be ware!! My Wife and Daughter had their Nails done and from the moment I saw their nails I complained. Told them they are nail butchers. Polish all over or not completely to the edges. I know she was not happy because I told her the truth! A few days later both of them had Nails chipping and cracking. If you like to be rushed, have 3 different people do your nails, and leave with nail polish all over your skin... this is the place for you. I have been here quite a few times because it is convenient on my way home from work but I always leave thinking I should have just done my nails myself instead of being aggravated. I made an appointment after work for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. They were finishing up with other customers so it took a few mins but while I waited I choose my gel color, they ran the foot tub so my feet were happy, had the massage chair on and I like the music they had playing. the pedicure was more than I was expecting, she massaged well and put gel stuff on my heels while she painted, the woman did a great job.  I loved the girl who did my gel manicure, she was very gentle and did a beautiful job.  I will defiantly go back here. Felt rushed despite it being pretty empty. I don't think the pedicure I paid for was worth the price at all, it was a spa type pedicure and she was done in the same time that the person next to me was with just a regular pedicure, yeah, I got ripped off.  Gel manicure peeled off in less than a week, never had a problem with my regular place. Pedicure didn't last a week either. They don't use a liner when you get a pedicure in the basin. Never again. Read Less

I felt like I was almost bullied into paying for my pedicure in cash (which I didnt). After saying "I would like to pay credit" about 5 times to 3 different people, a gentleman explained that he'd rather have payment in cash because of the charges he incurs with the credit card company. I went here on my lunch break from work to get a gel color manicure. They simply just painted my nails with gel, they barely filed them, they did not clip my cuticles, they did not massage, or moisturize my hands. This was so bare bones, I would consider this a $27 "Polish Change." The woman could not get my existing polish off by soaking and scraping, she insisted on using an electric sander, which I strongly prefer they don't use - I do not have acrylic on my nails and this is unnecessary. The atmosphere says "very bare office that we put nail salon furniture in." It didn't strike me as being remarkably clean, and the staff was not particularly friendly. I won't go back. Read Less

I came here for the first time, while there was one other customer and three nail techs. I had a gentleman put on a set of fake tips for me. He didn't file my nails or prep them, just took off the nail polish, and did a bad job at that. It was the worst experience I have ever had. For the money I spent I expected a good treatment, even when I made complaints he said oh no he would fix them, never did. They are very unprofessional and I wish I could get my money back or some one to fix my nails.Read Less
