First time appointment. Beautiful nails, pleasant service. Unfortunately I got cut three times, and now I believe I’ve developed two infections. I generally don’t leave poor reviews, but I question the sanitary practices now that my toes are in pain. I also think that they reused the nail files.

Absolutely the best most professional nail salon! All of the nail techs are well skilled and do a great job. The salon is busy clean and well organized. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes after walking in the door whether I am early or late. I live in Bristol NY and have tried many salons closer to me but always end up back with Van. If you want a good nail job at a very reasonable rate try this one out. You wont be sorry!!!!

This was my first time at this nail salon. Service was quite slow and I was in a rush to get home. I was in the car and realized my gel polish had a large bubble on one nail. Large enough that I would have thought the tech should have noticed. I did call and they said to come back and they would fix it but I do not live close to the salon. I decided not to go back because the overall quality was poor and the gel tips started cracking right away. I do appreciate that they were going to fix it though.

Been coming to this place for over 10yrs and find it to be the best in Rochester!! I now live on the other side of town, but still drive 20 min to get here. Great people and longest lasting polish.

I don't know how I lived in Fairport for my entire life and never made it to this spot until recently. So reliable, friendly and clean. They are affordable and do an amazing job---I've yet to be disappointed. I love painting my own nails and have an embarrassingly large polish collection-- it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to salons, but I am very pleased!

Great service, excellent pedicure and manicures. I have been to three salons in the Fairport area and VIP is by far the best. I have terrible nails but they were still able to make my hands look fabulous. With the pedicure, they really went to town on my feet and made them look and feel so much better!

LOVE this place! I switched to VIP Nails a few years ago when I moved down the street and have been pleased ever since. They are almost always busy so an appointment is definitely recommended. I haven't had any issues with waiting, if I've made an appointment. When my gel has chipped (because I am hard on my nails), I call and they fit me in on the same day for a fix. I'm very specific on the shape and the way the paint looks...and they stay patient with me.

I had been going to VIP for years and I have been so disappointed as of recently. Used to be very friendly, prompt,and I always felt like I was valued as a customer. My past three appointments however I have had to wait 30+ minutes past my appointment time to get my service. Last time I was there the girl was on the phone the ENTIRE time talking to a friend, family member, etc NOT a customer. I was then flopped around different chairs to finish my fill and polish with another girl. There was no apology and no explanation as to why. I have spent a TON of money there in my own services as well as on gift cards. I will not be back again.

Most of staff speak fluent English and the place is very organized. Get an appointment with Van if you can, she is very friendly and does wonderful work. But please, AVOID PAULINE AT ALL COST. Pauline is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I don't know why she is still employed there (a family thing I guess).

I love this place. Fashion Nails decided to let someone new do my pink and white fill which took 1 hour 20 minutes. They would not redo or fix them. I was offered polish to cover the horrible job at no charge! I went here and my nails have been perfect everytime!

Got a manicure pedicure combo from Pauline? She rushed through the whole thing in 25 mins!! I understand the place was busy but there was a lackluster massage and scrub. She did not seem happy and was definitely NOT friendly. Spoke to other techs in Chinese, which was alloying. Will not be back. I did not tip.

Absolutely the best most professional nail salon! All of the nail techs are well skilled and do a great job. The salon is busy clean and well organized. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes after walking in the door whether I am early or late. I live in Bristol NY and have tried many salons closer to me but always end up back with Van. If you want a good nail job at a very reasonable rate try this one out. You wont be sorry!!!!

This was my first time at this nail salon. Service was quite slow and I was in a rush to get home. I was in the car and realized my gel polish had a large bubble on one nail. Large enough that I would have thought the tech should have noticed. I did call and they said to come back and they would fix it but I do not live close to the salon. I decided not to go back because the overall quality was poor and the gel tips started cracking right away. I do appreciate that they were going to fix it though.

They are affordable and do an amazing job---I've yet to be disappointed. LOVE this place! I switched to VIP Nails a few years ago when I moved down the street and have been pleased ever since. They are almost always busy so an appointment is definitely recommended. I had been going to VIP for years and I have been so disappointed as of recently. Used to be very friendly, prompt,and I always felt like I was valued as a customer. I love this place. Fashion Nails decided to let someone new do my pink and white fill which took 1 hour 20 minutes. They would not redo or fix them. I was offered polish to cover the horrible job at no charge! I went here and my nails have been perfect everytime!
