Horrible! I called yesterday to make an appointment for 2 mani/pedis at 3:15pm. We showed up a few minuets early only to get rushed to pick out a color and then have a seat in the chair while only one...
Horrible! I called yesterday to make an appointment for 2 mani/pedis at 3:15pm. We showed up a few minuets early only to get rushed to pick out a color and then have a seat in the chair while only one person was available. My friend that went with me sat there for 40 mins with her feet soaking before someone came over to her. The man that performed my service cut me very badly. He cut me with the nail nipper, jammed the cuticle pusher on my toes and was super rough with the filer, filing my skin instead of the nail. He did the same with my manicure. A day later and all of the skin around my nails are sore, red and inflamed. Not to mention the horrible job he did with polish its self. One coat of color but 3 layers of top coat which dried bumpy with noticeable air bubbles. $60 later and I’m left with these horrible nails and what feels like an infection in my finger. Please stay away and pay a little bit more somewhere else for a better experience!

Great service. We came in as a walk in for 2 full gel sets and they got to work immediately. The tech who did my nails was slightly rough on my hands, but not too bad, and my friend said her tech was very gentle, so it depends. Either way the result was FANTASTIC and FAST. Love these nails. Will be coming here again.

I don't get my nails done often, but the prices are fair and the technicians are always willing to squeeze you in for a walk-in. I've had many good manicures, but the gel is the best and lasted 18 days without chipping, and both my gel pedis lasted three months! Would definitely recommend.

I have never written a review but felt I had to. Was visiting my daughter who lives in the area and went in just for a polish change. The manicurist suggested I have a full manicure and said price was $18. Prices are not listed in the salon, but I agreed. When I was done I walked in the hallway of the mall and did see the prices listed. Manicure was listed as $13. I paid by credit card and there wasn't even a tip line. So I paid $18 for the manicure and then tipped her $5 cash since no tip line. Just a normal manicure with regular polish. If I hadn't seen the price listed I wouldn't mind paying $18 for a manicure. Put a bad taste in my mouth and won't ever be going back. I should have said something to someone before I left, but I didn't! If anyone does go to this salon, you better check the price first!!!

I've been a walk in every time and had a minimal to no wait. The girls don't speak much English this is true, but I am not there for conversation. They are pleasant. I have them skip the calf massage, this is never a problem, and they usually spend more time on my cuticles, bonus. They are efficient and my toes and feet look wonderful for weeks after. The salon is clean. I always bring my own polish. Just incase I get a chip down the road, I self repair! This has been a very useful tip.

Service was fine for me. Would have rated higher, but seemed to rush older man out of chair to make room for me. And didn't offer to help him with his socks, when he was struggling to get them on.

I stopped in for a mani-pedi and was pleasantly surprised they could take me right away. Lee the manicurist was great! She has a wonderful touch and gave superb service. The shop was inviting and spotlessly clean and the pricing is more than reasonable. I'll be a regular customer from now on.

They do an okay job and they're one of the only nail salons in the area that was open on Labor Day. With that said, the wait time is often ridiculous. They also don't respect my time enough to provide me with an accurate wait time. When I arrived, I was told that I would be taken care of "soon." After 45 minutes of waiting (with no end in sight), I ended up walking out.

Kim was incredibly rude and did a terrible job.
I asked for an acrylic set (very simple rounded nails in nude) and even had a picture to show the exact shape I wanted. She was very rushed and filed the acrylics into points (all at different lengths and angles)
When I asked her to fix them and tried to show her the picture again she became very angry and refused to look at the picture.
On three different occasions she slipped and filed the skin on my fingers, when I said "ow" she got even more irritated and rude and blamed it on me moving my hands (which was not the case)
The end result left me with uneven lumpy acrylics all in different shapes and lengths (none of which were straight).
I will NOT recommend Fashion Nails to anyone. I was incredibly disappointed in the service Kim provided.

The woman who did my nails was wonderful! She took my ugly runners feet and made them beautiful! I walked in with no appointment on a Friday evening and they took care of me right away.

Next time i go, go with someone else there. He was horrible not only that i didnt see his nail technician license but the others were hung up.

Horrible. Called prior to coming in to confirm that they had the color/style I wanted and the price of the service. Then I went down and found out they really didnt have the color I was told I could get. Even though I was frustrated I graciously choose another style from their poor selection and waited a half hour for them to finish with other customers. When they were finally ready for me I sat down n asked again to confirm the charge, she then quoted me $20 more than i was initially told. I asked why, she said because it's a special color, but I was actually getting white... not really a specialty color like the crushed seashell which was looking for. Bottom line shady business, poor customer service and I was told one price on the phone and then told it would cost more than DOUBLE when I got there. I can't recommend anyone to go here EVER!! Especially when I've gotten way better selection and service at other salons.

Don't go to this place. My wife had a wonderful experience a few weeks ago and wanted to repeat it. That didn't happen. The person doing her nails this time guided her to a separate cabinet of nail polish and neglected to tell her that application from those bottles was twice as much as the prior visit. If told ahead of time that's one thing, but, we both hate to be taken. Give this place a pass. We had heard bad things before and wanted to find out for ourselves, we did.

Great service. We came in as a walk in for 2 full gel sets and they got to work immediately. The tech who did my nails was slightly rough on my hands, but not too bad, and my friend said her tech was very gentle, so it depends. Either way the result was FANTASTIC and FAST. Love these nails. I don't get my nails done often, but the prices are fair and the technicians are always willing to squeeze you in for a walk-in. I've had many good manicures, but the gel is the best and lasted 18 days without chipping, and both my gel pedis lasted three months! Would definitely recommend.

I've been a walk in every time and had a minimal to no wait. The girls don't speak much English this is true, but I am not there for conversation. They are pleasant. I have them skip the calf massage, this is never a problem, and they usually spend more time on my cuticles, bonus. They are efficient and my toes and feet look wonderful for weeks after. I asked for an acrylic set (very simple rounded nails in nude) and even had a picture to show the exact shape I wanted. She was very rushed and filed the acrylics into points (all at different lengths and angles)
When I asked her to fix them and tried to show her the picture again she became very angry and refused to look at the picture.
