WOW! I was surprised how much I enjoyed my mani and time here! "My" nail place had forgotten to add me to their schedule and couldn't fit me in early on a Saturday morning. I Yelped to find a closeby nail salon that was open at 9:00am and Crystal Nails came up with high reviews here. My mani looked great, the gel stayed on a full 2 weeks and the back/shoulder massage was a nice touch.I'm considering heading back here in a few weeks with some girlfriends to get my mani done for my wedding!! :) Read Less

This was my first time at Crystal Nails and Spa.  I am overly impressed.  Not only did I get a great pedicure and manicure but while my nails were drying they massaged my back.  I would highly recommend you.  I will definitely be back. Read Less

Typically have good luck at this facility. Today however was another story. I was in just before noon the girl who did my nails was quite rude to be honest the towel slipped and went into the foot soaker she pulled it out and continued to use it wet under my feet until I told her to please replace it. While my nails were drying I watched her clean the station there was no detergent used in the tub she rinsed it put a dry towel up on the foot rest and walked away. This is how bacteria gets spread. The owner is very friendly! The salon is clean and chairs are very comfy.  Coco is by far our favorite technician. The more expensive the treatment the better the service.  Our last visit were done by 2 newer individuals and our experience was not as good as previous. The massage was rough and shorter than normal. Also, both were annoyed that we asked to cut our nails shorter. I would recommend staying with the same technician! Read Less

Starting off, I made a yelp account just so i could rave about my experience here. This week my boyfriend and I (he'll never admit he was ever there though haha) went for pedicures because he was beginning to cut me with his calluses and toenails. The salon was extremely clean and the technicians are friendly and very accommodating. The price tag for our pedicures were $35 each, an alarming price for someone as cheap as I am, but for the quality of service you're receiving I'd expect to pay double that. All around fantastic establishment and i wish the owners all the best. Plus now my boyfriends feet don't completely disgust me anymore. Read Less

I went there for the first time and it was a nice experience. Sam did my nails, I had an acrylic fill done with pink and French tip. They don't use the powder and liquid, instead they do the UV acrylic dip, for the French tip he did a white gel polish. He did a good job, I paid $30. With any manicure they do a hand scrub, paraffin wax, and warm lotion, they also give you a small neck massage while your hands are in the wax. I really enjoyed that part of it and my hands are so soft! They will also clean your rings and jewelry if you have any on your hands! Read Less
